I got this email the other day. It completely changed my life. It came from a friend of mine so I didn't think twice about opening it. It was a forwarded email, so I figured it was just one of those long stupid observation, joke emails I always get and delete. Boy I was wrong. I was very engrossed whilst I read it. Totally got into it. I am sending it to you to read. I hope you will send it to a friend as well, after you are finished. Give it a shot, you have nothing to lose. Read the whole thing and tell me what you think. I can't wait to follow up on it. You'll know what I mean. Wink wink. I hope you enjoy it. : )

Check this out, I just came back from this wild vacation. It was the best most relaxing vacation that I have ever experienced in my entire life. I hope you have a little while, because I have to tell you all about it. Sometimes we get a vacation that is so good that we have to tell the whole world. This is that kind of vacation. I hope I don't bore you with the details, but if you could just picture yourself in my shoes then you will totally understand.
I went down to the Caribbean and just hung out on the beach. The sands were a nice soft almond color, easy on the eye. The water was so clear, you can see down from your neck to your feet. Such a clear blue, so relaxing. A truelly beautiful scene. I hope I've painted a good picture for you.
I laid out on a blanket on the beach and felt my entire body just relax, you know that feeling? The weather was perfect, it was so warm with a gentle breeze. I felt myself just let go immediately. Between the breeze and the sun, I felt so, so good. The suntan lotion shimmering on my skin, I could smell the coconut oil rising from my warm, smooth skin.
It was so good to relax for once, ya know?
Just letting go of all the worries and stress and leaving them behind. It was perfectly comfortable, so relaxing with that warm sun on my skin. It melted the skin in a nice way, not hot at all. Just the perfect warmth. You know how that is, right?
To just enjoy a relaxing day on the beach.
Hearing the waves in the background even relaxes you more.
Everything else just loses focus as the waves roll through your head.
Relaxing your mind more and more, you know?
It feels so good to give up your control to the relaxation that just suddenly overtakes you.
So willingly, to free the mind to it, isn't it?
We all want that don't we?
To just shut out everything, but what is important.
Like the relaxing waves.
Of course, the body feels so warm and comfortable.
The mind just surrenders to these good feelings now.
The tropical climate is so perfect.
The place is made to relax in.
Lying on the towel, on the beach, everything else doesn't exist.
All there is is you and the beach.
The sound of the waves moving, rolling, gently relaxing your mind.
You can't resist, but to relax, right?
To just give into the relaxation, and totally and freely relax your mind.
With no resistance whatsoever.
Succumbing to these good feelings.
With no thoughts to stop the feelings as they overtake you now.
It can be so good and it just gets better.
The more you relax to the waves and the warmth of the sun, the better you feel.
A total escape that you can love and embrace.
You focus so much now.
Your body and mind just grow heavy and limp.
Your mind blank in thought.
You don't need to even think at all.
Let go completely.
More and more.
Deeper and deeper.
You live for the relaxation, don't you?
Nothing else matters.
Feels so good.
The more you let go, the deeper the relaxation gets.
The deeper you go, the better you feel.
