I've only received a handful of comments so far, but I'm not worried about numbers. The one that bothered me most was an email regarding misused words - or homophones as listed on the main author's page for the site. It didn't bother me that the writer found misused words. What bothered me was the fact that the few examples he used weren't in Child Magus at all. I found one in New Magus and the last example wasn't in either story.
Once again, I have to point out that I don't mind criticism. If you don't like my stories, that's fine. Tell me why. Offer examples of how I might improve my skills. What it comes down to is, don't simply write what you hate and leave it at that. That's not criticism. That's hate mail. Mark the difference: both display what was wrong, but a criticism offers suggestions for improvement. So, if you wish to criticize, that's fine - I'm all ears (or eyes since it's usually email). But if all you want to do is bitch about something, don't waste your time, or mine.
