Chapter 7 didn't rate quire as well. For the first time, a ten rating had less total votes than the eight rating. I watch the ratings after each chapter posts to see what you folks seem to like most. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with the score, but I am also getting information as the ratings change.

General Stilton brings his family for Easter dinner.

We hear from Ridgemount again. People die.

Chapter six posted this morning. We now hear the story of the stranded passengers and their flight to safety.

I've queued up several corrections of typos. You'd think with all the eyes upon the story there wouldn't be any, but you folks spotted and reported some, and they are now fixed. There's no change to the story.

In addition to my proofreading commitments, I'm reading my two DiD stories so I can be consistent with the one that is churning around in my head. If I can come up with an acceptable segment and Old Man With a Pen's approval, I want Monica Mechanic and Pēteris to meet Surprise Melody Flintkote. Don't hold your breath, you're pretty much aware how long it takes for one of my stories to emerge...

Chapter 5 is in the queue to post tomorrow morning.

Virgil and his crew move to their home away from home in the university dorm. He is presented with a strong 'request' to relieve the ladies' itches. Will his wives approve?

Then the contingent of quarantined refuges arrive from San Diego. Then...
