Stephen King has said he writes his nightmares. I can understand that. I read Classy Conversions by Irish Writer a while ago, and it was difficult to process. So, Dark Times is my way of trying to process it. I had a conversation online with Irish Writer about doing this, and he was supportive. So I wrote it, and here it is for everyone to see what's bubbling in my head, LOL.
I completed the posting for all chapters for Dark Times tonight. New chapters will come out every Monday and Friday. Chapter 2 is due tomorrow. The last chapter, 26, is due the last week in February 2023. The entire story is complete, and just waiting for time to tick away.
I did my own editing, and any errors are mine. I am not that good at that, so I am sure there are typos and probably massive plot holes. I don't do this for a living and I never went to college, so I hope people are kind.
I have voting turned off right now. I want several chapters to be out so readers have an idea of what I am doing before I turn voting back on so that people can be fair about it. If they don't like it when they understand what I am doing with it, then they can vote it down. I just hope voters don't penalize the story because they don't like the very dark content in it. But, if they do, it is what it is.
