Finally got chapter 34 posted. It's a bit short. Things went off track and it was a bear figuring out a way to get it back where it needed to be. Ended up with a whole other story to write (again).

First I would like to thank everyone who reads and enjoys my little story.

I realize you all would like to see new chapters posted more frequently and I am trying to write more. It took me almost a full year to get chapters flowing again and I struggle to get them out on a one week posting schedule. If I were to post more than one chapter a week, I would probably not be able to keep up with the current schedule.

As it is, I intend to keep to my Wednesday releases with new chapters added to the queue as they are completed. As long as I can queue faster than they post, you will get new chapters weekly. If I ever get far enough ahead, I may release a 'bonus' chapter.

On another note, some of the plots I started on I cut and placed on my 'possible stories' list. These are stories I may write based on other characters and/or events that have an influence on Andy's clan but get too deep to include in the main story. If you see something in the story and think "How did that/they get here?" or "What happened to...?", feel free to ask. It may end up on my "future story" list if it isn't there already.

The site has a new reader function where they can add a comment at the end of the story. This is for readers to make comments for other readers, not to submit corrections or plot suggestions to the author. If you wish to communicate either of those with me, please use the Author Feedback link.

My friends. I was reminded today that it has been almost a full year since I have posted a chapter to The Loser. I have submitted Chapter 26 for posting immediately and additional chapters to be posted on the next few Wednesdays. I apologize for the delay and hope that you will find the new chapters as enjoyable as the earlier ones. It is still a work in progress but I hope there won't be another year delay after the current submissions post.

A friend of mine challenged me to write a flash story. I figure the 500 words is short enough to be considered 'flash'.

You never know what you're into when you can't see or touch.

This one has nothing to do with dying or aliens.

Speaking of dying and aliens. I am nearly done with my modified 'Last Christmas' story and hope to begin posting it soon.

Still waiting for my inspiration to return for 'The Loser'.
