Falling -- Book 1

Chapter 1
A tall, skinny, old fellow was pacing across a large black stage. He was scanning through the crowd that had gathered. I would say he's in his 60s+.
A young woman of age 19 named Sadie had just arrived in time to hear his first words.
"Anyone care to join us in Falling? Anyone... ?" The strange man yelled to the large crowd.
Sadie had been planning on going to Falling since she was 5. She trained and was ready to go to Falling shortly after.
"Anyone... ? We need 2 more people, a male and a female." The man shouted to the crowd.
William had the same plan. He was going to join Falling.
Sadie raised her hand. Shortly after that William raised his hand.
"Thank you young lady!" The man told Sadie. "Thank you young man! Welcome to Falling!"
The man lead Sadie and William behind the stage after the crowd cleared. Behind the stage there was a staircase leading into a rather large room.
"Follow me," the man said. "I'm Victor."
