Introduction

Human Man is the sequel to Human Phoenix. Do you need to have read the first to fully enjoy Human Man? I would say, yes.

A word of caution if you go back to read or reread Human Phoenix, it was the first book I'd ever attempted to write.

As a first effort, Phoenix suffers a few problems (length, point of view, consistent narrator, and plot). That said, a lot of people really enjoyed the book, and I think it's a good story despite my limitations as a first time author.

Human Man is my third novel length piece published on this site and I like to think I've gotten better. I hope you enjoy the story because I had a great deal of fun revisiting these characters and putting a final coda on the story of Scott MacIntyre.
