Miss Twizzell takes Virginia Mackerel to a convention of the International Association Of Independent Custom Foundation Garment Manufacturers (That's bra-makers to you and me!) where she meets old friend, Ursula Schouwenbrink, and Marietje - perhaps the world's biggest busted schoolgirl.
