Main characters
Walter Brakes 51 years old retired US Army Captain used to run LRRPs in South America chasing guerrillas and drug cartel. Expert sniper with a M24 SWS (Sniper Weapon System) currently using the Barrett .50 caliber. He retired to run his father in laws pipe welding business. He met Gail hiking on vacation when he was 21 they were married two weeks later.
Gail Brakes 50 years old, retired school teacher. She suffered a heart attack and died when they watched their son Andrew being murdered.
Mike Sampson, 59 years old, retired Colonel of the United States Air force, flew BUFFs (B-52s) helped Walter after Gail died and Andrew was murdered.
