The soft light of the early summer evening poured through the living room windows, casting a warm glow on the couch where I sat, my fingers dancing nervously over my laptop’s keyboard. The cursor blinked, waiting for my words to take shape, but my mind was a jumble of thoughts that never quite found their way into coherent sentences.

My brother Jake was coming home today. We had both spent four years away at college, chasing our dreams, me, scribbling stories in dimly lit corners of coffee shops and Jake, digging through stacks of textbooks in pursuit of an environmental science degree. We had drifted apart, but now we would have a chance to catch up and the anticipation had my heart racing.

We’d decided to meet at the old cafe down the street, a place that had been our go-to hangout during high school. I remembered the laughter we shared over cheap mass-produced pastries and cups of coffee, and how the world felt simpler then.

But now, everything felt heavier, burdened by unspoken words and unacknowledged feelings. I had no idea how I would approach him with this, or if he’d punch me in the face and leave in disgust.

As I walked into the cafe, the familiar scent of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods enveloped me, easing my nerves slightly. There he was. Jake leaned casually against the counter, his blue eyes sparkling as he scanned the menu.

My heart skipped a beat, and I couldn’t help but admire the man he’d become. His hair was slightly longer than I remembered, tousled just right, and his smile still had that easy charm that could light up the room.

“Max!” he called, his voice pulling me from my thoughts.

“Hey, Jake!” I replied, feeling my cheeks flush as I approached him.

We embraced, and the warmth of his body sent a thrill through me. I had always felt a connection with him, a bond that lingered in the air like an unlit candle, waiting for the right moment to spark. But I never allowed myself to explore those feelings. I couldn’t shake the feeling that this reunion might change everything.

We settled into a cozy corner booth, our favorite spot. As we caught up over coffee and day-old danishes, I found myself losing track of time. We shared stories of our college experiences, laughter spilling over the table as we recalled our silly mishaps and dreams for the future.

“What about you? What have you been working on?” Jake asked, genuinely interested.

I hesitated, not wanting to admit the truth. “Just ... some writing,” I said, trying to sound casual. “Half-finished manuscripts, unpublished shorts. You know, trying to find my voice.”

“Have you thought about writing about us?” he suggested, and I felt my heart race.

The thought crossed my mind often, but sharing that idea with him felt terrifying. “I mean, it’s there isn’t anything special about us, what’s the hook?”

He leaned closer, his voice softening. “Everything. You have a gift, Max. You should share it.”

His encouragement meant more than I could express. As we talked and shared our lives, the air between us shifted. It became charged, electric, like the calm before a storm. I couldn’t ignore the way he looked at me, how his gaze lingered just a moment longer than necessary, igniting something deep within me.

After a couple of hours, we left the cafe, the sun beginning to dip below the horizon. “Do you want to take a walk?” I suggested, feeling bold.

“Yeah, I’d love that,” Jake replied, a smile playing on his lips.

We strolled through the nearby park, and out to a hiking trail we used to frequent as kids. The gentle rustle of leaves and the chirping of birds create a serene backdrop. The sun painted the sky in hues of orange and pink, a perfect canvas for the moment we were sharing.

As we walked, our shoulders brushed against each other, sending sparks of warmth racing through me. A weight settled on my chest. I was doing this. I wanted to, had to.

“Remember when we used to sneak out here at night?” I asked, a smile tugging at my lips.

“Of course! We thought we were so cool,” Jake laughed, shaking his head.

There was a pause, a moment where silence enveloped us, heavy with unspoken words. I glanced at him, catching the way his eyes glimmered in the fading light.

“Jake,” I started, my voice faltering. “I’ve been thinking...”

“About what?” he urged, his expression sincere.

I took a deep breath, trying to gather my thoughts. “About us. About how ... how things have changed. How I feel.”

He looked at me, his gaze intense, as if he were trying to decipher my heart. “How do you feel?” he asked. He wasn’t making this any easier.

I nodded, my heart pounding. “It’s like ... I can’t stop thinking about you, and I don’t know how to explain it.”

Jake took a step closer, our faces mere inches apart. “Max, We’re brothers, of course, you can’t stop thinking about me, we’re bonded like that,” His eyes locked onto mine. The predator stares down the prey.

“I mean, I...” My voice hitched. I coughed and tried to take a step back.

At that moment, the world faded away. I could hear my heart racing as he pulled me into him, his arms around me, our breaths mingling in the cool evening air. And then, with a ferocity I’d never known from him, he kissed me and stole my breath away.

At first, it was a hesitant exploration that ignited a fire within me. I melted into him, wrapping my arms around his neck as the kiss deepened, the weight of our unspoken feelings crashing around us like waves.

When we finally pulled apart, we stood there, breathless and wide-eyed. “Wow,” I whispered, still trying to process what had just happened.

“Yeah,” Jake replied, a smile breaking across his face. “Wow.” He looked down hen back up at me. “Seriously, Wow!” he chuckled.

I looked down, then felt it. Oh God, I had an erection. I covered my face to try and hide my blush. Jake placed a hand on my shoulder. “Best compliment you’ve ever given me, he chuckled.

We spent the rest of the evening talking, Apparently Jake had had feelings for me since we were kids, and I had no idea.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, we found ourselves standing near the park’s small lake, the water reflecting the colors of the twilight sky. The air was thick with tension, and I felt drawn to him again.

“Come on,” he said, his voice commanding but not demanding. He led me to a secluded spot by the water, hidden from prying eyes.

At that moment, the heat of the day still lingered in the air. I pulled him closer, my lips crashing against his with a newfound urgency. This kiss was no longer tentative; it was filled with the raw emotion we had kept hidden for so long.

I felt his hands slide down my back, pulling me in as if he wanted to merge our bodies completely. Then, he yanked my pants down and stepped back, a wide smile on his face.

“Skinny-dipping!” he yelled out and began stripping off his clothes. I was immediately struck by the beauty and symmetry of his nude form. He was everything I’d fantasized about and more.

His torso was sculpted like a Greek statue. He had tight abs and large thick pectorals. But the thing that drew my gaze was the thick penis that hung between his powerful thighs. Flaccid, it must have been six or more inches long. My mind imagined what it would be when fully erect.

“Max!” his shout finally broke through my daydream. A huge smile on his beautiful face. I finished stripping and he immediately whistled at me.
