Car Parker

I’m Grahame and I run a shop on my private property. I did install eight parking bays, on my land. We have just had a new business across the road and they do provide parking for their staff. A lot of the staff do come over for coffee and snacks. After about two months I kept seeing a red Ford parking all day in my parking area. I did leave a notice on his windscreen about this is parking for my shop customers and not all day parking.
The kid I called, Pin Head Male, threw the note on the ground and drove away giving a finger to the shop, that was it war is on.
He parked in the same spot and walked to work. I did call out to him to remove his car off my private property. He did not even look but gave me the finger. Today I stuck a notice on his windscreen right over where he needs to see. When he returned to drive home he tore off the notice and threw it on the ground again.
At this stage I should mention I have CCTV and I have been isolating his actions.
The following morning he drove a Mercedes car and parked in the spot. I again put a sticky notice on the car advising this is private property. Again pin head threw the notice on the ground.
I spoke to a few other customers from the company and they advised he is a pain in the ass and the MD’s grandson. I told them about my nick name for him and they laughed.
Today it was the red Ford. So I put ten notices across his car on all windows and rear side mirrors. He tore one off and was later, I was told, pulled up by the police for having his vision blocked and fined.
An older man came over and asked what was the problem. I did mention the parking was for my shop customers and on my private land. Pin Head does like giving me the finger every time he drove away in the afternoon. I had even been out and asked him to park in your parking lot, there is plenty of room across the road. He did agree and would talk to him.
The next day he parked his red Ford. This time I jacked up the back wheels and placed some bricks to hold the wheels up. He came over to go home and his car would not move. He sat fuming inside the car until the local road side assist arrived and removed the bricks. He did not even thank him but just drove off doing a wheel spin.
