Chapter 1
From out of the blue, Nick was served with a divorce petition along with a restraining order not to come near Nora, his wife, nor his two children, Ava and Josh. Reading the petition and restraining order, Nick learned that Nora alleged he was abusing the children. Nick had no idea there was anything wrong with his marriage, that to him appeared to be a happy one. Moreover, Nick could not even imagine that Nora would believe he ever abused the children. If Nora believed there was a problem, why didn’t she let him know and talk to him about it?
Nick did not know that for the past year, Nora was unhappy in her marriage. She never told Nick because she felt he should know she was not happy. Therefore, after grieving for a year, she was angry and filed for a divorce. To get a better settlement, she took her attorney’s advice and alleged that Nick was abusing their children.
Nick, an electrical engineer, age 28, married Nora, at age 27, a few months after they graduated from college. They have two children Ava age 3 and Josh age 2.
At the divorce hearing, Nora lied and said Nick carries a gun, so the black woman judge ordered Nick handcuffed and searched. The police ordered him to take off all his clothes, so Nick took off everything, except his dress socks. Nick was standing on the cold concrete floor with his balls hanging out, but that was not enough. The police gruffly ordered him to remove his socks, knowing he could not even hide a penny under his thin dress socks.
When Nick returned to the hearing and attempted to speak, the black woman judge told him to shut up and let his attorney do the talking for him. However, the judge allowed Nora to speak.
At the next hearing, the judge ordered the bank, that Nick and his parents had an account in, to turn over sixty-thousand-dollars, that Nick had inherited, to Nora’s attorney. That was money Nora never even knew about but somehow her attorney found it. Regardless, the black woman judge said it was co-mingled so half of the money was Nora’s.
After several hearings, Nora was granted a divorce. Nick was ordered to pay thirty-thousand-dollars for his and Nora’s attorneys. Nora and the children would stay in the house and Nick was ordered to make the house payments. He was also ordered to make health insurance payments for the children. Moreover, since there were two children, insurance was the family rate that also covered Nora. He was also ordered to pay fifty percent of his income in child support based on the additional imputed income of the money he inherited, even though the inherited money was a one-time event. Since the Judge ruled Nick abused, and was a danger to the children, he could only see his children once every two weeks in the presence of a social worker.
Nora received their almost new car, because she told the judge she needed it for the children. The black woman judge did not consider the fact that Nick was paying income taxes so he ended up with only three-thousand dollars out of his nine-thousand dollar per month income. To drive, Nick purchased a ten-year-old car for two thousand dollars and rented a one-bedroom apartment in an old, and cheap, part of town. Nora was pleased to see Nick driving an old car and living in a cheap apartment. However, if she had her way, in addition to being divorced-raped, Nick would have been flogged.
Without any evidence, the black woman judge decided to punish Nick for abusing his children, and since she had the authority, the terms of the divorce were unjust and unconscionable. However, she did not leave Nick with the money to appeal.
Nick could tolerate losing Nora, the house, the car, the money, and even the money from his inheritance, that the black woman judge stole from him. However, Nick loved his children and he wanted to live with and raise his children. Nick also knew he could not win fighting the system because no American family court would give him custody of the children. And because the courts never admit they make a mistake, they would not even reduce the unjust child support payments. However, the courts might adjust the children’s visitation.
Therefore, to live with and raise his children, Nick needed a plan. It was a one-year plan to acquire sufficient money. A major step in his plan was to adjust visitation to one or two weekends each month. Every two weeks Nick would visit his children under the watchful eyes of a social worker. Because of the court order, at first, the social workers were suspicious of Nick. However, the children were happy to see their father and there was nothing to indicate that they had been abused.
To accumulate cash, Nick would pay for almost everything using credit cards. Nick already had two credit cards but he applied for, and received, a third credit card. Nick set up autopay to make minimum payments each month. Whenever the credit card limits were approached, since they were always paid on time and Nick had a good credit rating, the credit card companies would increase the limit. Every two weeks, Nick would withdraw almost one-thousand-five-hundred-dollars in cash that he would save to purchase Western Union money orders, which was most of the money deposited from his salary after paying the minimum credit card payment, the house payment, and the health and car insurance payments. The huge and grossly unfair child support payments were deducted from his salary.
Nick needed a fake Florida driver’s license to use the internet at the library, to avoid leaving an internet trail in his name. Also, to purchase Western Union money orders, that he would pay for in cash, to avoid leaving a money trail. Since Florida is not a nearby state, the library did not question the Florida fake Driver’s license. Also, since Nick would purchase the money orders using cash, the agents at Western Union did not question the Florida fake Driver’s license.
On the internet, Nick found The Ultimate FakeID Guide Version8 at the website ’www.tinyurl.com/21FakeIDs’ and then downloaded the self-executing zip file, containing driver’s license templates for Florida and some other states that had been created by an ID Chief from or near China. By paying the three-hundred-dollars set-up fee, hologram manufacturers in China would make the Florida driver’s license hologram from the hologram template included in the self-executing file. However, at Alibaba.com Nick found the ’Florists’ hologram which is almost identical in appearance to the Florida hologram and they can be purchased from India with payment by PayPal or Western Union. Depending on the quantity purchased, ID card holograms can be purchased for less than ten cents to a dollar, or more. Nick purchased a few ’Florists’ holograms from India using PayPal to pay the cost including shipping costs. The following is the ’Florists’ hologram:
The ‘Florists’ and Florida holograms are almost identical except the words ’GRAND SEAL OF STAFF OF FLORISTS’ replace the words ’GREAT SEAL OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA’ in the five seals and the letters are tiny and extremely difficult to read in a hologram.
Nick purchased a used Epson R280 printer and fifty inkjet ID cards. Using the Epson R280 printer and inkjet ID cards, Nick printed a couple of Florida fake inkjet driver’s license cards using the name ’Michael Robert Johnson’, date of birth: September 20, 1995. That is the year he was born but a different month and day. The following is the fake Florida driver’s license:
Very soon after the divorce, Nick researched the laws of several countries and chose Namibia as the country he would move to. Namibia gained independence from South Africa on 21 March 1990, following the Namibian War of Independence. Its capital, and largest city, is Windhoek. Namibia is a member state of the United Nations (UN), the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the African Union (AU), and the Commonwealth of Nations.
The driest country in sub-Saharan Africa, Namibia has been inhabited since prehistoric times by the San, Damara, and Nama people. Today Namibia is one of the least densely populated countries in the world. It has a population of 2.55 million people and is a stable, multi-party, parliamentary democracy. Agriculture, tourism, and the mining industry – including mining for gem diamonds, uranium, gold, silver, and base metals – form the basis of its economy, while the manufacturing sector is comparatively small.
