I went to collect Mary from school, I managed to park just a little away from the school gates, gave me an opportunity to see any of the girls as they walked past.

I saw Ann come out first, she came over to the car, I put the window down and she told me that Mary and some other girls would be a bit late out as they were in a meeting with some new staff teachers.

She got in the car, I closed the window, she asked me why I had not bothered to try and see her for some time. I told her it was a bit difficult at the moment as my wife is away and I have to be with Mary most of the time.

She told me she would phone me on Tuesday for an update.

After I put the phone down I thought, her mother only has a two bedroom bungalow, I wonder how they are managing the sleeping situation.
