Constable Maggie Doyle had taken the liberty of checking the hermaphrodite’s paperwork – she knew detective Senior Constable P. J. Hasham would have been thorough, but she had also noted that a Detective Senior Constable Amelia ‘Amy’ Fox had also been involved in the investigation. If anything, working, the Nightshift was giving her time to formulate a course of action – she owed both Charlotte and Rebecca, as did ‘Probationary’ Constable ‘Dash’ McKinley and both ‘Acting’ Sergeant Belinda Preston and Senior Constable Rochelle De la Rue.
