Chapter 12

Ladies & Gentlemen:

In chapter 11, one of the tidbits of information listed involved the 100 pleats in a chef hat, that is supposed to represent the number of ways an egg can be cooked.

This has me stumped. I mean, we all know the obvious choices:

1: Hard Boiled
2: Soft Boiled
3: Poached
4: Over Easy
5: Over Hard
6: Omelets
7: Scrambled
8:?

Thus, I’m requesting your help. If you know of other ways to cook an egg, please let me know. I’ll tabulate the results and post them. And I will also give you credit for your suggestion! (I anticipate that there may be several of the same ideas sent, but that’s okay with me!)

It might be fun to see how close to 100 ways to cook an egg that we can get to!
