Emma and her guy were cuddling after Sunday morning sex when there was a hefty thump, which startled them.
“Oh, just the Sunday paper,” Emma said, and she laughed.
“What’s so funny about the Sunday paper?”
“Nothing. I was just thinking about my dad and the Sunday paper. He always asked for the Rotogravure section.”
“What’s that?”
“I guess the magazine section. Which I had no interest in. I was only six. But it was such a silly word. It tickled. It was a tickle word. My little sister and I used it when we were tickling each other. It’s one of those words you can’t say fast even three times. We laughed and laughed.”
