I was a virgin when I met Paul which is even such rarity these days even when I got engaged to my man because I was a good girl who did what society asked of me who always had followed the path, I was steered into taking when I was brought up as a little girl, l aways did what I was told.

We met when I was at second year of college, he was working and sometimes he would come and meet me at the college gates which was nice.

We saw this really nice property for rent on the internet and it was so cheap, we could not let a good opportunity go by at 1000 dollars a month for what you got for it and furniture,

or 400 Dollar’s if I cleaned the landlady’s house 4 times a week. It was fully furnished where you could use the land lady’s swimming pool and her hot tube and her sauna, it’s even got a garage which is extra space. so that is amazing house for the rent price, it’s really stunning property. Because the other house we were renting, we could not get jobs done from the landlord and started to get messy and complicated.

we were behind in the rent because we would not pay him on the strength of him not doing the jobs, we asking him to do them,

we felt he was not being fair and we were also holding back the rent, so, he wanted use out of the property in a months’ time.

And as for this one property that we saw on the internet,

it was like a miracle it was just what Paul and I were looking for some where nice to have a family home. I rang up about the property that was for rent pretty straight away, to see if it was still available for use to rent,

I said Hello I’m Julie,

I am ringing up about the property that is for rent, to see if it’s still available, there was a very elegant woman speaking on the other end of the phone, she told me the property is still up for rent, she told me the ins and outs of the property what it was like and she said it was fully furnished and big garden.

Then the land-lady asked me some question’s like are you single? do you have any children? do you have a male or female partner? are you working? Do you have pets? how are you going to pay for your monthly rent?

So, I answered all her question’s.

then she said she would like a photo of use both by e-mail so I sent a photo of myself and Paul my partner.

I said yes, I have a man that I want to get married to one day.

He is working and is on the road delivering goods weeks at time Rose then she said a few words to me which I thought I was not going to get a viewing of the house, she said she has turned people away. she only want’s certain people that match her criteria to rent the property.

she paused for a few minutes on the phone and said you can come and have a viewing if we want, so she helped to give me some directions to where she is, so it would make it easier to get to the appointment on time,

we arranged a viewing to see the new house.

so, as I went on the appointment date to view the house,

Rose the property owner was outside the front door waiting for me with the keys while I rolled up in my car.

I saw this woman at the front door,

she was tall with black shiny long hair and olive skin with big bust and elegant as well business-like woman she seems.

with a short top that was showing her flat belly button with a dangling silver piecing which sparkled with a very low front that showed most of her cleavage, and muscular legs and toned with high heels on with a short skirt, I went up to shake her hand, she took my hand and brought me closer to her face and kissed me on my lips and smiled and said your Julie the one to view the property then I see,

Yes, that’s right Rose which I thought was a bit forward for a first-time meeting for someone. So, I thought I better not say anything in case It damage my chances of getting this cheap excellent lovely property.

she kept the door open for me as I went in and pasted and brushed her big bust as I walked in the house first, and she came in after me and closed the front door as we entered,

Rose said because the rent is so cheap, it’s because of the expensive furniture in the property, I don’t want to leave it abandoned or vulnerable, she said it’s better to rent it cheap than leaving it with no one in and getting broken in to and robbed. That was bull shit that I told Julie, it was because of targeting someone I want to manipulate for my sexual pleasures, someone like Julie came along to view the property, and I had to turn people away because I had no feelings or felt they was not my type of person for my property and for my sexual desire.

But Julie was the perfect sexual woman to rent the property to view the rented property that was a vulnerable and easy to target.

And then she took me all around the rooms to view and the lovely kitchen with modem gadgets as well, and the furniture is beautiful I said to Rose, owe thank you Julie.

She took my hand and said come with me to the bedrooms you will like these bedrooms so she shows me by holding my hand up the stairs and showing me how nice the rented property really is, I said wow that is so gorgeous with huge queen size beds, and lovely decorated bedrooms, it seems with lovely bedding and nice carpet’s the wall decor around the house was stunning. we can look outside if you want Julie, so we went outside and looked in the garden, So she held my hand again because her hand was held out for me to hold it, and then as we was outside she let my hand free and pointed at the gate in the corner where you can use the gate when you come to mine to use the swimming pool or the sauna or the Hot tub with jets at the sides which is really nice, and the swimming pool had little steps to get in to, and seats in the water at the sides as well.how cool is that I thought to myself. Julie if you and your man ever want to use it at some point that’s fine by me,
