Chapter 6: Two Hearings

I did not have a good weekend. I was too worried. What if Amelie ratted me out? I had gone, it had gone, far further than I had ever intended. Oh my God! Maybe I should not have stopped her - what if she took my panicked reaction the wrong way? Now I was thinking about her as if she was my girl-friend. Get a grip! Think! Who is going to be the more credible? Clearly, stout denial was the way forward. I was the one in charge, the one with the power. I had offered her a witness, she had refused one. I would be fine. I would be fine. Surely.

I tried to calm my nerves reading. There was little else to do. Four channels on TV, and the reception in my basement room was poor. This was long before the Internet, and even longer before smartphones ... Reading and solitaire. Solitaire was certainly right ... what would have happened if I’d let her have her way with me? I remembered her hand stroking my penis through my trousers ... Oh God! Why had I not carried on?

I was looking forward to punishing a naked Nicole again on Monday morning, but she never came. Instead, a note from Mrs Lodenheim on my desk, to the effect that Nicole’s fate would be decided by a disciplinary panel on Tuesday - directly after Mr Furzton’s hearing, the panel members being the same. I would again be required to give evidence. Shame. Monday seemed to be a complete loss, as it turned out. Not a single punishment to administer. Not before school. No at lunch. And I’d finished my book. So I made my way to the student library to find another one. CS Forester’s ‘Hornblower’ series looked interesting - I had seen the movie with Gregory Peck and enjoyed it. So I took out ‘Mr Midshipman Hornblower’, and as I was queuing at the issue desk, Amelie was queuing from the other side, to return a book. She looked at me, and quickly looked away again. It was her turn just before me - the librarian alternating between checking out and checking in books.

The next day was going to be action-packed, so I thought I’d better turn in immediately after dinner. After a quick wank I took up the Hornblower. A really good read it turned out to be and had me reading late into the night. Probably not a good idea, but there you go.

I managed to be on time the next day, and felt somewhat underdressed in my jeans and t-shirt. Mr Furzton was waiting in Mrs Lodenheim’s office, looking nervous. He nodded to me, but then he was called into the Head’s office, while I was asked to wait.

After a short while, the Head asked Mrs Lodenheim to show in ‘the complainant’. Mrs Lodenheim fetched Emily from an adjoining room, and I could see that Anna was waiting in there, too. After about 10 minutes, she was called in, too. And then it was my turn. The panel consisted of the Head, Miss Lockwood, whom I had already met, two serious looking men and one middle-aged woman. Mr Furzton was sitting on one side of the room, faced by Emily on the other.

I got to explain how Emily had refused to be restrained, and how after a few swats with the paddle on her panties she had needed to be restrained, losing her panties as a result.

“Did you think that Mr Furzton touched Emily inappropriately or in any way tied her down in a way that was more humiliating than the situation warranted?”, asked the middle-aged woman. “I mean to say: was she decent?”
