Chapter 16
(Hello all, Thank you for your support. I hope that you might help me again. I am sorry for writing the story in a hurried pattern. I will try to improve my writing skills.
From now onwards there will be a para for all the races joined.)
Humans: - Geeta.
Merinians: -Skippy-AI.
Helios: -Sapphire-personal weapons.
Canfi: -Griforce-shield.
Liquirions: -Abdiel-Medical.
Hurials: -Remsin-teleportation.
Methior’s: - Reene – Ship to Ship (sorry for the previous mistake).
Siprian: - Sitor – “Hand to hand combatants/gunners”.
Glithians: - Skald – Small Gadgets Expert.
Zimpars: - Zara chrovastra – Intel Gatherers.
Miloris: - Seraphina – Assassin.
Zinthars: - Flux - Software and electrons expert.
These are the species that have joined until now. Humans are creating a ship. merinians ship is being repaired. Hurials have a colony ship. Helios, Canfi & Liquirions Have brought twenty-five ships each. In addition, they have brought a space-station. Methior’s have brought hundred and one ships and ten space-stations.
Sitor brought a colony ship with twelve destroyers. Two more Colony Ships by Zimpars and Miloris.
This space-station can hold Five colony ships on top floor. Fifty battleships at the bottom. Three platforms in between for various types and sizes. That is the outer ring. For inner part, there were many platforms for landing of small ships and entering the station.
(Think of a mall with parking space. But the design is in circle. Now back to the story.)
After spending a few minutes in the cafeteria and enjoying another cup of coffee, I retired to bed. As I lay there, thoughts of the Glithians’ plight occupied my mind. Was it merely a product of my imagination, or were they truly enduring such conditions out there? The sheer foolishness of other species baffled me. These contemplations lingered until sleep abruptly claimed me, leaving me with a conviction that I had to take the right course of action.
2 days remaining
A sudden alarm jolted me awake. I rose, scanning my surroundings to discern the cause, only for Sarah to reassure me that the alarm was simply meant to rouse me from sleep.
“So, what is this alarm for? So, Mattie, how are you? You totally forgot about me, right?”
“It’s not like that, Sarah, and you know that.”
“Yes, I know. But please speak with me sometime. It feels great, you know.”
“Yes, I will do so. Now, will you tell me the reason to wake me up? Plus, what time is it?”
“You wound me by saying that. Can’t I have a simple chat with the first friend that I made?”
“Now, no more movies for you, Sarah. Now answer the questions, please.”
“There are three different species that want to talk to you. They are on the outskirts of our galaxy. They want to speak with you before heading to our location. And as for time, it’s one am.”
“Dammit. Ok, let’s do this. Inform them that I will be available in ten minutes. Plus, can you update me on recent accomplishments?”
“Absolutely, Mattie. Firstly, our initial ship has successfully finished the inner section entirely. There are numerous vacant rooms available for other species to occupy and customize. Concerning the Glithians, they have been evenly distributed and are being well looked after. Additionally, the colony ship they brought proved to be of no practical use for either party. With their consent, we are repurposing it as raw material. Moving on, we’ve adhered to the rule of mixing all the species. Every ship within our alliance is content, and no issues have arisen. Every ship that has arrived has been refitted and upgraded.”
“That’s great to hear. What about training and defence?”
“Don’t worry your little head over that, Mattie. Leave it for the experts.”
“Ok. If you say so. Let’s go.”
With that, we started walking to the communications room. “So, it looks like I am in charge of recruiting only.”
“Yup, and here we are.”
[Let me tell you something about their species first
Zimpars: They have semi-translucent skin, multifaceted eyes, antennas sprouting from their heads, and flexible limbs, with the height of a human.
Miloris: The Miloris’ ability to alter their body structure and height on demand makes them masters of disguise and adaptation, allowing them to navigate diverse environments and interact seamlessly with other species across the galaxy. No one can guess their actual identity
Zinthars: One foot tall. Body created out of wire. All fingers have small DC socket-like features.]
I sat down in my chair and nodded the operator to start the call.
“Greetings, Matie. I am Zarachrovastra from Zimpar. Before I proceed further, I kindly request permission for our entry. We arrive with a full colony ship facing an emergency situation. I will provide a detailed explanation once we are on-site.”
“Sarah, please direct them to the closest docking bay on our station. Initiate an alert for a potential threat. ZaraChrovastra, adhere to the given directions, and we’ll rendezvous shortly.”
