The house was quiet. The three of us just stood looking at each other.

Marcy finally spoke up “Um ... this is a lot to think about, I think I am going to go home right now. I will let you guys know what I decide.”

My mom answered “I totally understand, this is a really different life style. It may not be for everyone, just know that whatever you decide will be fine and we will respect your decision.”
