“I’ve been secretly training to walk, talk, and practically move as a boy for months. I’m just not getting it. Can’t we do this a different way?” I asked Carter.

Carter set his phone down and said, “Sure there is. There’s a built-in feature in the suit that will help you to automatically move like one of the guys. But let’s say if you have to go somewhere without the entire suit or it got damaged somehow. You’d need to know the proper way to move and act. “Speaking of school It’s time to get going or you’ll be late to your graduation,” Carter informed me.

“What? Little Susanna was arrested? What for?” Carter asked.

Carter looked worried and after taking a quick look at his watch he said, “Would it help you if you got another treatment? Just to make sure you don’t get any symptoms during graduation? I mean you haven’t had any treatments in a few days?”

I looked at the clock on the wall and hesitated for only a second, “Sure. But do I actually have to go to the graduation?”

He chuckled, I guess we could let them know you’re feeling under the weather.”

I looked to the clock, “Now that you mention it. Can you drive me to my graduation? I think you gave me the confidence boost that I needed to go.”

Erin went from looking pissed to being terrified. All the students in the Foyer turned towards the loud voice.

It was Erin’s parents. Her Dad grabbed a hold of her shirt and said, “You know you’re grounded, young lady.” He wasn’t even letting Erin speak as he went on, “You did something stupid, and not coming here today was your punishment. You’re not allowed to see any of your little friends because you wouldn’t tell us the name of the boy who KNOCKED YOU UP!” Those three words were louder than when he yelled her full name. Yikes. “Now if you were able to tell us his name then maybe your mother and I could be convinced to let you graduate.” Erin looked at me when her Dad tugged her shirt. Then she shook her head now. He continued, “Then you should have kept your stupid legs shut. Such a disappointment. Come on Erin, we’re going home for more punishment.”

As she was being dragged away there were some snickers and I believe there was even one person who laughed saying that it looked as if Erin had peed her pants. She did in fact pee her pants.
