The all powerful Azaki Dominators arrived in the system with their primary ship, that they used to take over planets, subjugating the semi sentient species everywhere they went. Their internal communications repeatedly spoke about how large and ugly this species was. Most concealed their hideous form with various fabric types, yet nearly all allowed some parts to be visible. The creatures were land dwellers, with an internal framework to support the fleshy bits, forcing all the dominate animals into a specific shape.

A large protrusion at the top had different color and length coverings that appeared to be decorative rather than functional. Below that was the main mass, with two upper and two lower protrusions, that appeared to be used for propulsion and manipulation of their environment. While nauseating to look at, the development of technology, and utilization of the resources, was astounding for a species that was still bound to it’s planet.

There were many spots of interest that were observed, while the Azaki Dominators considered what use they would make of this planet as their newest conquest. They had not actively subdued the species yet, but they were all powerful, so dominance of these creatures was a forgone conclusion.

As the seven creatures on the raised platform paused their incomprehensible ritual, the ship lowered down to just above the crowd, some hundred foot in the sky, unseen in the darkness with the scene below lit up with bright lights that blinded the creatures to what was above them. With the flashing of lights, as the creatures gestured, and gathered their paraphernalia for another ritual, the ship opened the air ports. This was so all the Azaki Dominators could release their control spores, to rain down upon the unsuspecting creatures, ending their independence and free will as the newest victims of the Azaki Dominators.

The ones on the raised platform then started their ritual. The Azaki Dominators panicked briefly, as the audio attack shredded their bodies in moments, while the one individual used a protrusion to manipulate the object that it held, a thin odd shaped box with a long extension, that held thin metal strings, that the creature kept touching in different patterns. The automatic defense systems launched the ship straight up away from the attack. With no one to control ship, the defense systems on the ship set a course, that returned the ship and the decimated remains to the home world.

The review of the systems failed to show what attack had been made, so the second largest ship was launched right away. Hours later the ship maneuvered directly to the same spot, where many thousands of these creatures gathered. The result was the same, the same creatures on the platform were performing another ritual, as the Azaki Dominators ship crew was destroyed in mere moments, with the same automatic defense systems activating.

The Azaki Dominators placed warning markers surrounding the system. Erasing it from their maps, as they thought of how, if this nightmare species ever began exploring space, the Azaki Dominators would be eradicated from existence.

Back on earth the acid metal concert continued, where the band kept playing through all their music library, with the best metal guitar solos. The fifty thousand fans screaming was easily drowned out by the ten foot high, twenty speaker system that would have been considered overkill, but the featureless plane was over fifty miles in all directions, to anywhere that had actual houses or even paved roads.
