Chapter 716
This really has little to do with ‘Jokes and Giggles’ but it is something I believe you will enjoy during the festive season.
JACK’S SPINACH DIP
2 cups Sour Cream 1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice 1 pkg. Knorr swiss leek soup mix 4-6 Green onions 1 clove Garlic 1 pkg. Green spinach 8 to 10 oz.
Dash of cayenne pepper or curry (optional) Two round loaves of pumpernickel bread
Use a food processor or blender to chop up green onions, spinach, garlic and soup mix. Gradually add all ingredients until well blended.
Cut top off one loaf of bread and remove soft bread, reserve for dipping. Pour above mixture in centre of the hollowed loaf. Cut second loaf in small dipping pieces. Enjoy.
When everyone has pigged out and the only thing that remains is the hollow empty loaf, break up and eat also.
