Thomas O’Neil lay broken on the cold asphalt, blood pooling beneath him as distant screams and sirens filled the air. His vision blurred, but he could still see the two little girls—safe, unharmed—crying as they clung to each other. Their mother sobbed in relief, clutching them tightly.
“Thank you,” she mouthed, tears streaming down her face.
A weak smile tugged at Thomas’s lips. Finally ... I did something right.
The world darkened around him. Flashes of his miserable life played in his mind—his father’s death, his mother’s exhaustion, the way his sisters Catherine and Lianna looked at him with disgust. The bullying, the loneliness, the drugs, the divorce. The way he never amounted to anything.
“I’m sorry, Mom...” he thought, his final regret heavy in his chest.
Then—darkness.
Thomas jolted upright, his hands flying to his chest—no wound, no blood, no pain. His fingers trembled as he looked around.
This ... this is my old room.
Posters of anime and video games adorned the walls. His old computer hummed quietly on the desk. A shelf displayed figurines he had long since sold for drug money.
Heart pounding, he scrambled out of bed and faced the mirror.
No way.
A lean, sharp-featured eighteen-year-old stared back at him—no wrinkles, no stubble, no scars from years of self-destruction. Just ... eighteen-year-old Thomas O’Neil.
“Tom! You’re going to be late for school!”
The voice—her voice—shattered his thoughts.
The door swung open.
Emily O’Neil stood there, still beautiful, still alive. The woman who had worked herself to the bone for him, who had died alone in a hospital bed while he was too strung out to even say goodbye.
Tears welled in his eyes.
“M-Mom...?”
She frowned. “Tom, what’s wrong? Are you—”
He collapsed to his knees and wrapped his arms around her waist, sobbing into her stomach like a child.
“I’m sorry ... I’m so sorry...”
She froze for a moment before softening, gently stroking his hair. “Tommy? What’s gotten into you?”
He couldn’t answer. He just clung to her, shaking. She’s real. This is real.
Somehow—whether by miracle or curse—he had been thrown back in time.
And he wasn’t going to waste this second chance.
Thomas wiped his face, staring at his younger hands. He had spent his first life drowning in self-pity, letting bullies break him, letting his sisters’ indifference crush him, chasing cheap thrills to fill the emptiness.
Not this time.
He had knowledge now. He knew which mistakes to avoid, which bridges not to burn.
But more than that, he had to know something else.
The real reason why his father had died.
They were still out there.
Thomas O’Neil wasn’t just getting a second chance at life.
He was getting a chance at revenge.
Emily’s eyes widened. She rushed to him, kneeling, pulling him into her arms. “Tommy? What’s wrong? Did something happen?”
He clung to her like a drowning man, shaking. The last time he saw her, she was in a hospital bed, whispering his name before the nurses ushered him out. His sisters hadn’t even let him stay for the funeral.
But now—
Now she’s here.
And he remembers.
The accident. The truck. The girls. His death.
This isn’t a dream.
He pulls back, wiping his face, staring at her like she’s a miracle. “I ... I just had a bad dream.”
Emily frowns, brushing his hair back. “You’ve been having a lot of those lately.”
Thomas swallows hard.
He knows this day.
His father’s death was six months ago. His sisters—Catherine, the cold, perfect honor student one year older than him, and Lianna, his twin, the golden girl who laughed when the jocks shoved him into lockers—are already pulling away. The bullying is getting worse. The loneliness is eating him alive.
And in a year, he’ll start stealing his mother’s painkillers.
But not this time.
He takes a shaky breath. “Mom ... I love you.”
Emily’s eyes soften. “I love you too, sweetheart. Now get dressed. And please try to stay out of trouble today.”
Thomas nods.
As she leaves, he looks around his room—his second chance—and clenches his fists.
He won’t waste it this time.
With a sense of surreal awe, Thomas stepped into the familiar bathroom, closing the door behind him. He approached the mirror, his heart still racing from the unexpected turn of events.
His reflection showed a slightly leaner version of himself, with a smattering of acne and the same messy brown hair that had been a constant frustration in his previous life. But as he glanced down, his eyes widened in shock.
Scars. There, etched into his skin like a badge of honor—the remnants of a childhood marred by cruelty and neglect. The wounds that had never fully healed.
Thomas let out a shuddering breath, his mind reeling. He had been given a chance to relive his youth, to make different choices, to be someone better...
And then he noticed it—standing proud and hard against his thigh, a massive shaft that defied the slender physique of an eighteen-year-old.
Ten inches? Eleven?
It couldn’t be real. Thomas had always been cursed with a pathetic, limp member, the laughingstock of his peers. Even his ex-wife had ignored his advances, preferring the company of his own sisters.
How could he have grown into such a stud overnight?
Thomas’s fingers trembled as he wrapped them around the thick girth, marveling at the smooth texture and the way it pulsed in his grip. Heat flooded his loins, and before he could think twice, he began to stroke himself, the pleasure building with each upward drag.
Thomas couldn’t recall the last time he’d felt such raw, primal satisfaction. His hips moved of their own accord, pumping into his fist as he lost himself in the rhythmic motion.
Thomas’s breath hitched as his climax approached, the pressure building at the base of his shaft. With a low groan, he surrendered to the inevitable, his body shaking as a torrent of cum erupted from his cock. Thick ropes of pearly white seed coated his hand, dripping down his wrist and pooling on the bathroom tile. Thomas stood frozen, his mind reeling as he tried to comprehend the sheer volume.
What the hell was happening to him?
Thomas stared at his reflection, his breath ragged.
This isn’t just my old body.
The scars were there—the faint ones from childhood tumbles, the deeper ones from fights he’d lost. But the rest of him ... this wasn’t his high-school self as he remembered it.
He was bigger—not just in height, but in sheer presence. His shoulders were broader, his muscles more defined, and his...
His stomach twisted as he looked down.
No way.
Back in his first life, he’d been mocked for his lack of size, humiliated in locker rooms, laughed at by girls who preferred the jocks. But now?
Now, he is hung.
Thick, veined, and heavy—something that belonged on a pornstar, not a scrawny, bullied eighteen-year-old.
His cheeks burned as he realized he was still half-hard, precum glistening at the tip. He forced himself to look away.
This isn’t what matters right now.
He splashed water on his face, trying to steady himself.
His mother was alive. His father’s murderers were still out there. His sisters hadn’t yet turned their backs on him completely.
And I have a second chance to fix everything.
But what is this?
Was this a side effect of time travel? A cruel joke by fate? Or ... was this him, the way he was supposed to be before life broke him?
A knock at the door startled him.
“Tommy?” His mother’s voice was laced with concern. “You’ve been in there a while. Are you okay?”
Thomas quickly adjusted himself, pulling his boxers up. “Y-Yeah, Mom. Just ... getting ready.”
“Alright, sweetie. Don’t be late.”
He exhaled shakily.
He had a mission now.
With newfound purpose, Thomas emerged from the bathroom, smoothing down his rumpled clothes. The familiar scent of his mother’s perfume enveloped him as he passed by her, and he felt a swell of gratitude.
His sisters had already left. He remembered that just a few months after their father’s death they started to ignore him and went to school without him. His mother already put a plate on the table. Today she cooked bacon, eggs and hamburger. As Tom started eating, he teared up as he felt like after so long, he was finally eating something good—his mother’s amazing cooking.
Emily got confused to see Tom crying. “What’s wrong honey, is something bad in your plate?”
Tom replied with food in his mouth, “No mom, it’s the best breakfast I have ever had and it’s so delicious I can’t control my feelings.”
Emily wondered why Tom was behaving so oddly this morning. Is there something wrong with him? As Tom stood up Emily hugged him again and told him, “If there is something wrong, tell me OK honey.”
Tom realized his mother was worried about him and said, “Don’t worry mom, everything will be fine. I will make everything correct. I promise.” Then Tom started to leave the house for school.
The walk to school was quiet, Thomas’s mind racing with plans and possibilities.
The crisp morning air filled Thomas’s lungs as he stepped outside, his sneakers scuffing against the pavement of his old neighborhood. He hadn’t walked this route in decades, yet every crack in the sidewalk, every rusted mailbox, every overgrown hedge—it was all exactly as he remembered.
But he wasn’t the same.
His backpack felt lighter than it should have, stuffed with the same old textbooks and half-finished homework. But the weight on his shoulders—that was different.
Six months since Dad died.
His fingers curled into fists.
His father—Officer Michael O’Neil—had been gunned down in a back alley, his badge stolen, his body dumped like trash. The police called it a “gang-related incident,” but Thomas knew better. His dad had been onto something. Something big.
And now? Thomas had the chance to expose it.
But first ... first, he had to survive high school.
Thomas clenched his jaw as he pushed through the crowded hallway, the scent of cheap cologne and old gym socks filling his nostrils. He knew the truth now—or at least, he had the pieces of it. His father had been investigating the Blackthorn Syndicate, a ruthless gang with ties to the city’s elite. They had killed him to keep him quiet.
And they thought they’d gotten away with it.
A shoulder slammed into him, knocking him sideways.
“Watch where you’re going, O’Neil,” sneered a familiar voice.
Thomas turned slowly, his blood running cold.
Tyson Mills.
The basketball player. The golden boy. The one who had made his life hell—the same Tyson who had once held him down while his teammates poured glue in his hair. Also, sadly, his elder sister Catherine’s boyfriend and later first husband. Tyson later becomes a bigger NBA player so he started to cheat on Catherine later and because of that Catherine went into depression and started drinking.
In his past life, Thomas would have muttered an apology and shuffled away.
But not today.
He straightened up, meeting Tyson’s smirk with a cold, measured stare. “You hit me on purpose,” Thomas said, his voice low.
Tyson blinked, then barked out a laugh. “Oh, what? You gonna cry about it, freak?” His jock friends chuckled behind him.
Thomas didn’t react. He just tilted his head slightly, studying Tyson like a bug under a microscope.
“That’s funny,” Thomas murmured. “Because I was just thinking ... you always seem to have a lot to say when your buddies are around. But I wonder how loud you’d scream if I broke your fingers one by one.”
The laughter died. Tyson’s smirk faltered.
For the first time, Thomas saw uncertainty flicker in his bully’s eyes.
The bell rang, breaking the tension.
Tyson scoffed, shoving past him. “Whatever, loser. You’re not worth my time.”
Thomas watched him go, his pulse steady.
Oh, Tyson. You have no idea who you’re dealing with now.
He turned toward his first class—and his real mission.
Because Thomas wasn’t just here to survive high school.
He was here to burn it all down.
Thomas walked into the classroom, his gaze scanning the room until it landed on her—Lianna O’Neil, his twin. She was talking with some of her friends; Thomas knew them as cheerleaders. Thomas remembered that even though they were twins, he and Lianna had been very close, but after she started joining cheerleading she started to ignore him. When Thomas went to talk to her, Lianna just insulted him. Now he understands that after cheerleading she started to ignore him because of her cheerleader friends who despise him, thinking he’s a loser. Sometimes they even participated in his bullying with their jock boyfriends.
Thomas identified the girls who are talking with Lianna now: Elizabeth Matthews, ginger, 5’6”, a queen bee and stuck-up bitch though she has some great body features like her E-cup boobs and great ass with an athletic body. She’s dating another of those basketball jocks. With her is Camilla Mendez, a Hispanic beauty with a big ass, 5’8”, C-cup boobs. Thomas remembered they heavily insulted him sometimes in front of Lianna in their house, but Lianna never stopped them. He understands they were the reason his relationship with Lianna was destroyed, including other cheerleaders named Sophia Lee, Sharon Kahn, Latisha Johnson, Andrea Tyler. They are the most popular girls and cheerleaders of this school, and they all humiliated him in his previous life with their boyfriends. But this will not happen.
As Thomas enters the classroom Lianna sees him; they make eye contact, then she turns to her friends as Elizabeth (Eli) and Camilla also look at him with disgust. He ignores them and sits on his bench. After a few minutes, Miss Adams comes to the classroom—the math teacher. She is one of the hottest teachers in the school; in his past life Thomas jerked off many times thinking about her. With 5’5” height, G-cup, and thick ass, she is the best definition of a hot milf. The blonde teacher sits in her chair and starts to roll call, then starts teaching.
Thomas settled into his seat, ignoring the curious glances of his classmates, including those of his twin sister Lianna. He knew they would eventually come around; for now, he needed to focus on laying the foundation for a new life.
As Miss Adams began the day’s lesson, Thomas found himself surprisingly attentive. In his previous existence, math had been one of the subjects he struggled with most, often dozing off during class and relying on cheat sheets for tests. But now, with a fresh start, he listened intently, absorbing every concept the teacher presented.
Miss Adams moved around the room, checking students’ work and offering guidance. Thomas caught himself stealing glances at her, admiring the way her short blonde skirt hugged her curvy hips, the way her tight white blouse accentuated her impressive bust. He couldn’t help but recall the countless times he had fantasized about her during late nights alone in his room.
But he pushed those thoughts aside, determined not to fall prey to the same desires that had consumed him before. This time, he was going to focus on building genuine connections with people, especially his family.
As class ended and students began filing out, Thomas lingered behind, collecting his books. When Miss Adams noticed him, she smiled warmly.
“Tom, how are you finding math so far?” she asked, leaning against her desk.
“It’s great, Miss Adams,” Thomas replied honestly.
Thomas met her gaze, noticing how her blue eyes sparkled under the fluorescent lights. The faint scent of her perfume—something floral and expensive—drifted toward him.
“Actually,” he said, tapping his pencil against his notebook, “I was wondering if you could recommend any extra practice problems? I want to get ahead this semester.”
Miss Adams blinked, clearly surprised. In his past life, he’d never shown initiative—just slumped in the back row, doodling or sleeping.
“That’s ... a fantastic attitude, Tom,” she said, leaning forward slightly. Her blouse gaped just enough to reveal a hint of lace. “I have a supplemental workbook in my desk. Stop by after school, and I’ll lend it to you.”
Thomas nodded, forcing his eyes to stay on hers. “Thanks. I won’t waste this chance.”
As he turned to leave, he caught Lianna staring at him from the doorway, her cheerleader friends whispering behind their hands. Elizabeth smirked, twirling a strand of ginger hair around her finger.
“Since when does Tommy care about math?” she stage-whispered.
Lianna’s lips pressed into a thin line. “Don’t know. Don’t care.” But her eyes lingered on him a second too long.
Thomas ignored them, adjusting the strap of his backpack.
Thomas left the classroom, his mind buzzing with new possibilities. Not only had he taken the initiative to ask Miss Adams for help, but he had also brushed off his sister’s dismissive attitude without biting back. It felt liberating.
As he walked down the hallway, he caught snippets of conversations—gossip, plans for the weekend, whispers about who hooked up with whom at the last party.
He walked to the cafeteria as he started to get hungry. He saw at one table Catherine with her jerk boyfriend Tyson openly making out as Tyson shows Catherine as his property, with his teammates and their mean cheerleader girlfriends. Catherine is in her senior year, one year older than him and Lianna. She was a great friend and sibling to him before their father died, but after she started dating Tyson she also abandoned him. She knew Tyson bullied him viciously but never did anything to stop it. Thomas couldn’t realize at that time why she did it to him, but now he doesn’t care. He has bigger goals now.
As Thomas sits on the bench with his breakfast someone just poured cold juice on him. He turns around and sees Jason Scott, another of those basketball jocks and Tyson’s friend. Jason grins at him as he poured the entire juice on Thomas’s head and says, “You were too hot this morning, I think this now cools you.”
Thomas then grabs his cup and throws his hot coffee at him.
“What the!!” Jason shouted at this sudden surprise, then starts to attack Thomas with a punch, but Thomas dodged it with quick movement and threw a punch into Jason’s belly. With this sudden punch Jason started to lay on the floor.
Everyone in the cafe got shocked, especially Tyson and his friends. Catherine also looks at Thomas with wide eyes. Thomas looks at his hand and realizes that his body is more flexible and can respond more quickly now in this timeline.
Thomas gazed down at Jason’s crumpled form, a sense of calm settling over him. He’d known this wouldn’t be easy, but he was prepared to stand his ground. But then someone just struck him from behind so heavily he fell on the ground and sees Jason and Tyson’s friends coming to attack him, as it’s a very embarrassing moment for them that a star player just got defeated by a loser. Because they are more than one, Thomas realizes that it would be better to take the beating as they started to kick him so brutally in an open cafeteria.
As Thomas started to become unconscious someone just screamed at those jocks who are beating him, and they immediately stopped. Thomas turns around with struggle to see Coach Robinson, their basketball coach. He comes and starts scolding them.
“What the fuck are you doing!! Do you know just after a few days there will be the next national competition coming and you are so eager to go to jail!!”
“But he started it, coach! We are just...”
“I don’t care!! I immediately want all of you in my hall, now!! Understand!!”
“Yes coach!”
Those jocks now started to disappear from the cafe. Coach Robinson then looked at Thomas and told him, “I am sorry, kiddo, but you shouldn’t go to fight with my boys which you would definitely lose,” as he left.
Thomas laying on the floor knows that there’s no use filing a complaint against those boys as they are the pride of the school and won multiple basketball tournaments continuously for the school, so the principal will always side with them. As he struggled to stand up, he hears someone saying, “Are you ok?”
Thomas looks up to see Hana Fujimoto, an Asian nerd with height of 5’1” and F-cups. She was the president of the school drama club.
“I will help you,” as Hana helps Thomas to stand she spoke, “You need to go to the medical office, you are badly injured, come with me.”
“No No, I will be fine, so leave me.”
Thomas started to retaliate but Hana stops him and glares at him. “Nope!! You will go with me!”
As Hana’s firm grip tightened around his arm, Thomas reluctantly allowed her to lead him down the hall toward the medical office. His pride smarted at being seen like this, especially by someone as seemingly insignificant as Hana. Yet, he couldn’t deny the relief her assistance provided.
Thomas turns his face before leaving the cafe with Hana and sees Catherine looking at him ... and there’s a tear in her eyes?? She was crying?? And also, she looks very worriedly at him. Is she worried about him? Thomas thought. “Nah, don’t think so.” Especially in the past life Tyson and his gang openly pushed him into the lockers in front of her but she never did a single thing to help him. As Thomas leaves the cafe with Hana.
As they entered the dimly lit room, Thomas’s gaze fell upon the sterile exam table, the beeping of medical equipment, and the faint scent of disinfectant. He’d avoided places like these in his previous life, afraid of exposure, of being pitied or mocked for his vulnerabilities.
Hana gently guided him onto the table, her touch surprisingly gentle despite her petite frame. Thomas winced as she began to examine his battered body, her slender fingers probing his cuts and bruises with professional precision.
“How did this happen?” she asked, her concern evident in her soft voice.
Thomas hesitated, unsure how much to reveal. In his past life, he would have brushed off the incident, too ashamed to admit the bullying that had led to this state. But now, with a newfound sense of purpose, he decided to open up.
“I stood up to Tyson Mills and his friends,” Thomas admitted, his chest tightening at the memory of his bold confrontation. “They decided to teach me a lesson.”
Hana’s eyes widened in surprise, a hint of admiration glinting in their dark depths. “Well, I’m glad you didn’t just take it lying down,” Hana murmured, her touch soothing as she applied antiseptic wipes to Thomas’s wounds. “Tyson and his gang think they can bully everyone. But I know you’re not one to back down easily.”
Thomas met her gaze, surprised by her understanding. In his previous life, people saw only what they wanted—his weakness, his timidity. No one, least of all Hana, had bothered to dig deeper, to recognize the fire simmering beneath his surface.
“You know, you remind me of someone,” Hana continued, her eyes crinkling at the corners as she applied a bandage to his split lip. “Someone who refused to let the world push him around.”
Thomas’s heart skipped a beat. “Who was that?” he asked, genuinely curious.
Hana’s expression turned wistful. “A friend from my drama club. He used to be a target for bullies too, until he found his voice.”
Thomas felt a spark of connection, of shared understanding. He leaned forward slightly, his injured body momentarily forgotten in the intensity of their conversation.
“What happened to him?” Thomas asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
Hana’s fingers stilled for a moment before she continued applying the bandage with renewed vigor. “He moved away, changed schools. Said he couldn’t take it anymore.”
Thomas’s stomach twisted at Hana’s words. He knew that story all too well. Countless times, he’d imagined running away, escaping the torment, starting anew. But deep down, he knew it was a coward’s way out.
Before he could respond, the door creaked open.
Dr. Madison stepped into the room, her crisp white coat accentuating her tall, athletic build. Her hazel eyes, framed by a pair of stylish glasses, scanned the scene before her, flicking from Thomas’s face to Hana’s concerned expression.
“Well, well, well,” Dr. Madison said, her voice firm but not unkind. “Looks like someone decided to take matters into his own hands.”
Thomas tensed, bracing for the doctor’s criticism. In his past life, Dr. Madison had always been quick to scold him for even the slightest scrape or bruise, labeling him as “accident-prone” or “clumsy.”
“Actually, Doctor,” Hana interjected, her small frame radiating confidence, “Thomas stood up to Tyson Mills and his friends. He didn’t back down when they started bullying him.”
Dr. Madison raised an eyebrow, clearly impressed by Hana’s defense of Thomas. “Is that so?” she mused, walking over to examine Thomas’s wounds more closely. “Well, in that case, I suppose you deserve some credit.”
Thomas felt a rush of pride at Dr. Madison’s words, even as his bruises protested her gentle prodding. For once, someone recognized his strength, his resilience. The bell rings.
“Looks like next period will start. Hana, go to your classroom. I will take care of him. Don’t worry Tom, I will notify your teachers.”
“Okay Doc, see you soon Thomas,” as Hana left the room.
Madison asked Thomas where he felt pain. Thomas replied, “They tried to kick me so hard in the belly and back.”
“Okay so open your shirt,” Madison ordered.
As Tom opens his shirt Madison makes a shocked face to see some scars on his body.
“They did all those!! Shit!! If they weren’t all those NBA shits, they would have to pay for this. The principal just gives them independence to do anything they want.”
Thomas is surprised that Madison feels pity for him, as in his previous life she always scolded him because he went to the medical office regularly for Tyson and his friends.
“Okay, I will put some painkiller cream on your back and belly. This will reduce your pain.”
As Madison started to put the cream on his back, he felt something strange. Then he looks at his bottom. He started to get hard!! What the fuck!! Why the hell did he just get hard while Madison is putting the cream on his back. As Thomas feels the soft touch of her hands Thomas looks at his crotch as it becomes a huge tent.
“Okay, your belly next,” Madison ordered him.
“Nah, I don’t think I need more, I have to go now!” Thomas started to leave but Madison grabs him on the bed. “No!! You will only go after I fully check you up ... what the fuck!!” as Madison notices the huge tent growing inside his pants.
Thomas feeling embarrassed. He feels like his life already ended before it starts. As Madison widely looks at the huge crotch with her mouth open silently. Thomas broke the silence, “I am sorry, Doc, it just happened.”
Madison just comes back to her senses. “Don’t worry, it’s very normal for young people your age, so what should I do again? Yeah! this cream on your belly.” As Madison started to massage his belly. After a few minutes Madison just stares at his crotch and asks him, “Does it hurt?”
“Yes but after you put this cream it started to get less,” Thomas replied.
“No, Idiot!! I am talking about your ... pant.”
Dr. Madison’s gaze remained fixed on the prominent bulge straining against Thomas’s jeans. For a moment, he feared she might actually call the school authorities or report him to his parents. But instead, a slow, almost indulgent smile spread across her face, her voice dripping with a new kind of intimacy. “In fact, it seems rather ... aroused.”
Thomas’s face flushed with heat, his heart pounding in his chest. He couldn’t believe this was happening, that the stern, unapproachable school doctor was now openly acknowledging his arousal.
“I ... I didn’t mean for it to happen,” Thomas stammered, his voice barely above a whisper.
Madison chuckled, a low, throaty sound that sent shivers down Thomas’s spine. “Oh, don’t worry, sweetheart. It’s perfectly natural, especially given the circumstances.”
She leaned in closer, her breath warm against his ear. “Tell me, Thomas ... have you ever been with a woman before?”
Thomas’s mind reeled, unable to process the doctor’s sudden change in behavior. Was this some kind of bizarre, unprofessional power trip?
“I ... uh ... no, ma’am,” Thomas managed to reply, his voice cracking under the weight of her piercing gaze.
Madison pulled back, a sly grin playing on her lips.
“Well, since we’re already here...” Madison trailed off, her hand sliding along Thomas’s waistband to cup the straining bulge. “Why don’t we explore this further?”
