Part 5: Injection Buddies
Incest Sex Story: Part 5: Injection Buddies - He promised her a thigh gap once, and a BBL after the baby, and both times she told herself the price was worth it. This time he doesn't have to promise anything at all, and she still comes down to the basement long after the reason to has run out. The whole world's suddenly thin on the same miracle everyone calls discipline, and her father is the one man who can get it, no questions asked. Pitch-black satire. Read the tags.

Now she went down without being told. The pen wasn’t low; she didn’t owe him a session for days yet — and they both knew it.
“You’re early,” was all he said.
“I know.”
He’d quit making her explain it a while ago. That part was over; he’d spent two years making her be the one to put words to it, and somewhere in the last month it had stopped being worth the trouble, because she’d stopped making him wait. And the shot was part of it now anyway — she couldn’t have said where the injection ended and the session began, and neither could he.
He had her laid out on the mat, shirt shoved up under her arms, the little blue pen in his hand. He uncapped it without hurrying. Wiped a cold circle of alcohol low on her stomach and watched the goosebumps chase it.
“Pinch,” he said, and took a fold of her between his fingers — less of a fold every week, the drug eating it down to nothing — and set the tip against it. “Count for me.”
“One.”
He pushed it in. The cold bloomed out under her skin, and his other hand was already sliding down between her legs.
“Two.” It came out unsteady. He’d found her slick and started working her slow, one knuckle, in no hurry at all.
“Three —” Her hips came up off the mat and he pressed her flat with the heel of his hand and held the needle where it was.
“Don’t rush it,” he said. “You pull out early, you waste it. All the way to six.”
He taught me that in this exact spot a lifetime ago. Clean hands, doctor voice. Different needle.
“ ... Five.” She was shaking by then — from the cold of the drug or his fingers or the whole obscene ceremony of the thing, the stuff keeping her body pumped into her by the same man getting her ready to wreck it all over again.
“Six,” he said with her, and drew the pen out, capped it, dropped it on the mat, and had his mouth on the bead of blood before it finished welling up.
He didn’t make her wait after that, and she was past waiting anyway. She reached down and put him against her herself, the way she did everything herself now, and lifted to take him as he pushed in — that stretch she never got used to, the sound she used to swallow just let out. He worked into her slow and deep with one hand still flat on her stomach where the shot had gone in, like he was keeping the cold pressed inside her, like he was keeping all of it in, and she came with her heels dug into the mat and his name coming apart in her mouth. He finished a minute after, buried to the root, spilling into her the way he always did, and stayed there breathing until the last of it had left him.
She didn’t clean up. She hadn’t cleaned up right away in weeks. She lay in it a while, him sliding out of her onto the mat, and then she got up onto her knees and reached for her phone.
“Content,” she said, when he looked at her.
The light was good, of all things — late gold coming through the little basement window, the kind of light people bought filters to fake. She dragged her hair out of her face, pulled her shirt the rest of the way off, and turned sideways to the camera the way she’d taught herself. Flat stomach. The waist. The jaw. The whole body she’d paid for, still flushed and mottled with exactly what she’d paid for it with, a thin line of him sliding down the inside of her thigh a half-inch under the frame.
She took eleven. Picked the one where she looked most like she’d earned it the clean way.
“progress, not perfection 🤍 no excuses, no shortcuts — just showing up for myself even when it’s hard. your body hears everything you tell it 💪 who’s putting in the work today?”
She posted it from the floor of the basement, still on her knees in the mess, her father tucking himself back into his track pants behind her.
The hearts came up fast, then faster, then a flood she couldn’t read as quick as it moved.
“OKAY BODY GOALS 😩”
“the DISCIPLINE though. you’re actually glowing”
“what is your SECRET, I need it”
“saving this — the motivation I needed today 🙏”
“love that it’s just consistency!! no shortcuts, so inspiring”
Fourteen hundred of them and still climbing, every one telling her how hard she must be working, telling each other to be more like her. One was the girl from school who’d asked her twice now. One was a mom with a newborn in her profile picture.
Your body hears everything you tell it.
Yeah. Mine stopped listening a while ago.
She locked the phone and lay back down in it, and her father set his hand flat and low on her belly — over the cold spot where the shot had gone, over the ache, over everything else neither of them was naming — and neither of them said a word, and fourteen hundred strangers went on telling her she was an inspiration.
A few nights later she was up at two with the baby on her shoulder, walking the hall, when she heard them down in the kitchen. Her mother’s voice, low and thin and wrong.
She stopped at the top of the stairs.
“— just tell me what she’s actually doing,” her mom was saying. “I’m not an idiot, Michael. She drops four sizes at sixteen and it’s Pilates? With you? In the basement?”
Two in the morning and she finally says it out loud.
“She’s been consistent,” her dad said. Easy. The voice he used on everybody. “Consistency and clean habits, that’s all it—”
