Emperor Galdin Von Arcadia remained seated for several moments, studying Zi Chen as though he were seeing her for the first time.
“What do you want?” he repeated.
Zi Chen raised three fingers.
“First, I want the one hundred thousand galaxies you promised me. Not a temporary administrative appointment, not a ceremonial grant, and certainly not a territory that can be reclaimed whenever the throne changes its mind. I want them formally incorporated into my domain.”
A faint stir passed through the Galaxy Lords.
“Second,” she continued, “I want the title of Galaxy Lord formally bestowed upon me, with all the authority and privileges that accompany it.”
Galdin’s expression remained composed. “Those are reasonable demands, considering what you have placed on the table.”
“Then you may find the third one more interesting.”
Zi Chen lowered two fingers, leaving only one raised.
“Third, I want to become your concubine.”
Silence.
It was not the silence that had followed her refusal. Nor was it the tense quiet that had descended when she revealed the secret of the AVN. This time, the throne hall seemed to have stopped functioning altogether.
One Galaxy Lord stared at her as though he had misheard. Another slowly turned toward Galdin. Several others exchanged looks of open disbelief.
The woman who had threatened to bring the empire to its knees was asking to become the emperor’s concubine?
Zi Chen, however, appeared perfectly serious.
Galdin leaned back against his throne. His black-and-white hair framed a handsome face that seemed scarcely older than thirty, while his enormous, muscular physique and overwhelming imperial presence made the throne beneath him look almost modest.
“Explain yourself, Lady Chen,” he said. “Why would you ask for that?”
“Let me explain the three terms that serve three different purposes.” Zi Chen lowered her hand. “The first grants me a larger intergalactic territory, allowing me to accumulate a ridiculous amount of fortune from the taxes alone. The second grants me the title of Galaxy Lord, one of the highest honours in the empire, allowing me to manage my domain independently as I see fit, as stated by the laws of the empire.”
This was true in the Arcadian Empire, although each of the galaxy lords from various races answered to the emperor, the management of their domains was entirely managed by the galaxy lords; thus, one would find that in some sectors slavery was abolished while in some slavery was commonplace, some ruled with kindness, others with pure malice, and some, like the later-to-be-appointed Dozan Galaxy lord Zi Chen, were neutral; they were kind when they chose to be and ruthless when situations demanded.
“The third condition is to create stronger ties with the imperial family, making it highly unlikely for me to betray the empire. Also, I have my own personal reason”
She paused, then added with a faint smile on her face as he admired the emperor.
A Galaxy Lord could no longer contain himself.
“Shameless!”
Zi Chen glanced at him. “You are not part of the negotiations. So why don’t you just shut the fuck up when I am taking”
His expression darkened. “Why you...”
Galdin lifted one hand, silencing the room before the exchange could continue. His gaze remained on Zi Chen, and for the first time since she had entered the throne hall, a genuine trace of amusement appeared in his eyes.
“You threaten to destroy the empire, negotiate for a hundred thousand galaxies, demand one of its highest titles, and then ask to join my household.”
“When you put it that way, it sounds rather dramatic.”
“It is dramatic.”
“I prefer efficiency.”
Galdin studied her for another moment. He had encountered ambitious nobles, scheming ministers, military geniuses, and rulers who believed their territories made them untouchable. He had negotiated with beings who measured their lives in millions of years and commanded forces capable of erasing civilizations.
But he had never met a woman quite as crazy and interesting as Zi Chen.
She had entered his throne hall surrounded by armed Galaxy Lords, revealed that her death could cripple the empire, and then proceeded to negotiate as casually as though they were discussing the purchase of a private estate.
She was audacious. Calculating. Infuriatingly confident and undeniably interesting.
“Very well, I accept your terms,” Galdin said.
The Galaxy Lords stiffened.
“Your Majesty! You can’t; becoming a galaxy lord is the greatest honor in the Arcadian Empire; there are only 10,903 in the entire empire, each possessing distinguished contributions to the empire; not only that, t they have proven their allegiance and loyalty to the crown, unlike this shameless sector Lord.” One galaxy lord voiced
“I said I accept; I did not ask for your opinion, Wu Long galaxy lord,” Galdin said as he looked at Wu Long galaxy lord, who appeared like a huge, towering humanoid lion.
“The one hundred thousand galaxies will be granted to Zi Chen and formally recognized as part of her domain. Her title of Galaxy Lord will be confirmed under the imperial hierarchy, with the authority and privileges appropriate to that position.”
He paused, then looked directly at her.
“And as for your third demand...”
Zi Chen’s smile remained in place, though a small, unexpected uncertainty stirred beneath it.
“I accept.”
For the first time in the negotiation, she blinked. Galdin noticed.
“You seem surprised.”
“Not particularly,” Zi Chen replied.
“Your expression suggests otherwise.”
“I simply did not expect you to agree so quickly.”
Galdin rose from his throne. His enormous frame seemed to fill the space before it, and the Galaxy Lords instinctively stepped aside as he descended the platform.
“Leave us; I wish to speak with her alone,” he ordered.
The command was absolute.
The Galaxy Lords hesitated, their eyes moving between Galdin and Zi Chen. Some looked offended on his behalf. Others seemed unable to understand why he would entertain such an arrangement; a few regarded Zi Chen with barely concealed disdain.
Yet none dared challenge his command.
One by one, they bowed and withdrew. The great doors of the throne hall closed behind them, leaving Galdin and Zi Chen alone beneath the artificial heavens.
For a moment, neither spoke.
Then Zi Chen remembered something.
Although the man appeared to be in his early 30 he was far older. Even before Zi Chen, the Arcadian Empire was a type 2 civilization possessing various life extension methods, including cybernetics, cryochambers, consciousness, and cloning; her tech was just one of many, but in the current era.
Galdin’s true age was 18,890 years old, while she, on the other hand, was 15,683 years old. As the emperor walked towards her, she felt her heart skip a beat.
She had not expected him to take it as an invitation.
Well, she thought, this is becoming more complicated than I anticipated.
Galdin approached her, his expression unreadable. His imposing presence was no less overwhelming at close range, though the pressure he had released in the throne hall had now faded.
“So you are now my concubine.”
Zi Chen regarded him carefully. “Your Majesty, I assume you understand that I made the proposal for political reasons.”
He stopped before her. His gaze lingered on her face, searching for something beyond the confident smile she wore so naturally.
“I have met countless people throughout my reign,” Galdin said. “Most approach me with fear, flattery, or carefully concealed ambition.
You stood before me and told me that my empire would end if I killed you. Then you demanded a territory, a title, and a place beside me.”
“I thought it was a fair exchange.”
Galdin gave a low laugh.
“You are the first woman in a very long time to make my heart race.”
Galdin said, reaching for her waist, then paused, drawing her closer.
Zi Chen watched him, suddenly aware that the negotiation had crossed into territory she had not planned for.
She had not expected Galdin to treat her request as something personal.
“Your Majesty,” she said, her voice composed but more cautious than before, “you have forty-six concubines and an empress”
“I am aware.”
“Then you understand that joining my household does not mean you will be the only woman in it.”
“I never asked to be.”
Galdin’s eyes narrowed with amusement. “You truly are unusual.”
“So I have been told.”
He leaned closer, his hand still resting at her waist. “And if I wish to know whether there is more to this arrangement than political convenience?”
Zi Chen looked into his eyes. For once, she did not immediately produce a clever answer.
Galdin possessed a striking appearance. He appeared as a handsome man in his early thirties. He had an enormous, heavily muscular frame that radiated immense strength and authority, while his hair was sharply divided into two distinct colours, with one half black and the other white.
His imposing physique, combined with the overwhelming imperial pressure surrounding him, gave him a commanding presence capable of making even the most Galaxy Lords lower their heads in submission.
He drew her a little closer, taking her by the waist, taking a moment to admire her. Zi Chen possessed an exceptionally beautiful appearance.
She had long, flowing black hair, delicate yet striking facial features, and an alluring presence.
She currently wore an elegant, form-fitting black dress that complemented her figure and highlighted her beauty without appearing overly extravagant.
Her long black hair framed her face, while her calm expression and confident bearing conveyed the authority of someone accustomed to commanding powerful individuals.
Despite her elegant attire, she carried herself with the same sharpness and composure that had once earned her the name Ghost of Dozan.
Zi Chen studied him, still calculating the consequences of the agreement she had made, her heart hammering against her ribs.
“Shit, is he actually interested in me? She wondered. She has so many other concubines; why would she bother with me?
“Emperor, I just wanted to be your concubine for my own interest,” Zi Chen said, her voice trembling. “There is no need for you to take it seriously.”
Galdin didn’t answer with words. His massive hand clamped down on her ass, squeezing the firm flesh until it burned under his grip.
“Regretting your demand already?”
SMACK!
The sound echoed like a gunshot. Galdin’s palm collided with her cheek with punishing precision. Zi Chen let out a sharp cry, her body arching. The pale skin of her backside jiggled under the impact, a vivid red imprint blooming instantly across her skin.
“Strip,” Galdin ordered.
Zi Chen flushed, a mixture of indignation and a sudden, traitorous wetness flooding her panties.
“I am not your slut to command as you wish, Emperor Galdin.”
“You are my concubine. I held my part of the deal. Now it is time for you to serve me.”
Galdin reached into his trousers, the fabric straining before he freed himself. With a heavy, wet sound, his cock sprang forth, a monstrous pillar of vein-riven flesh. It was abnormally thick, the head a deep, engorged purple that leaked a thick bead of clear pre-cum.
“Are you serious?” she whispered, staring at the colossal member. “I can’t fit that. What if I give you a blowjob and we call it a day?”
