The deep, boneless kind that follows catastrophe. Diana lay curled on her side at the edge of the black silk sheets, knees drawn toward her chest, one arm draped over her breasts. Her wrists still bore the pink marks from the chains. The Lasso of Truth remained looped around her throat—Harley hadn’t removed it, hadn’t even loosened it. The golden fibers hummed faintly against her skin, still warm, still alive. Across the vast bed, Harley sprawled like a conqueror surveying new territory. Flat on her back. Arms folded behind her head. One leg bent at the knee, the other stretched long, her bare foot tracing lazy circles against the rumpled silk. The strap-on lay discarded on the floor, the Joker’s face still glistening, caught in a shaft of red light. Harley’s grin stretched from ear to ear. Not manic this time. Satisfied. A cat who’d swallowed not just the canary but the entire aviary. “Best. Game. Ever.” She dragged out each word like she was tasting them. Diana didn’t respond. Couldn’t. Her body felt hollowed out, scraped clean, every nerve ending still sparking from what they’d done. What she’d let them do. The venom had faded from her bloodstream but left something behind—a residue, a knowing. She’d said things under that Lasso she’d never told anyone. About Antiope. About the stars. Her fingers tightened on the sheet. “I can hear you thinking from over here.” Harley’s voice drifted across the bed. “Sounds exhausting.” “Harley—” “Shh.” Harley stretched, her spine arching off the mattress, her breasts flattening then rounding as she settled back down. “Don’t ruin it. This is the good part. The after part. When everything’s still sticky, and you can’t quite remember where your legs end and the mattress begins.” Diana’s thighs pressed together. The movement was involuntary. Between them, her cunt was still swollen, still slick, the muscles tender from the brutal pounding Harley had given her with that grinning silicone cock. “Besides.” Harley turned her head, one blue eye fixing on Diana through the tangle of her pigtails. “We should do this again. Tomorrow. Next week. I could clear my schedule—” The front door slammed open.

The sound was violent. Wood against the wall. Hinges screaming. The whole penthouse seemed to shudder from the impact. Harley bolted upright. Diana’s warrior instincts fired, but her body was slow, her limbs still heavy. She grabbed the sheet, yanking it over her chest, her heart hammering against her ribs. The Lasso pulsed against her throat. Footsteps. Sharp. Deliberate. Heels on marble. “WHORE!” The voice was a blade. High. Piercing. It cut through the penthouse’s silence like a scythe through wheat. Harley’s face transformed. The satisfied grin vanished, replaced by something wilder. Something thrilled. “ RED! “ She launched herself off the bed. Diana watched, frozen, as Harley sprinted naked across the bedroom, her pigtails streaming behind her, her bare feet slapping against the floor. She cleared the doorway in a single bound, her acrobat’s body twisting mid-air— and slammed into the woman who had just entered. Poison Ivy. She stood in the center of the living room like a goddess carved from emerald and vengeance. Her skin was pale green, almost luminescent, the color of new leaves held up to sunlight. Red hair cascaded past her shoulders in waves of crimson and copper, woven through with living vines that twisted and curled as if they had minds of their own. Her eyes—the green of deep forest shadows—fixed on Harley with a fury that made the air taste bitter. She wore a bodysuit of woven leaves and moss, clinging to every curve: breasts high and full, waist narrow, hips flaring into thighs that could crush a man’s skull. The suit plunged deep between her breasts, revealing the cleft of her sternum and the swell of pale green flesh. Vines wrapped her arms like bracelets, her ankles like shackles. In her wake, the marble floor sprouted tiny mushrooms. Harley hit her like a missile. Legs wrapped around Ivy’s waist. Arms circled her neck. Harley’s mouth found Ivy’s cheek, her jaw, her lips, peppering kisses across that green skin with frantic, desperate energy. “Red, Red, Red— Red —you came back, you’re here —” Ivy’s hands clamped around Harley’s waist.

“Get. Off.” She threw Harley aside. Harley hit the Persian rug with a thud and a bounce, rolling twice before coming to rest against the leg of the velvet chaise. She lay there, naked, legs akimbo, the black collar still circling her throat. Her grin didn’t falter. “You’re mad.” She said it like it was Christmas morning. Ivy’s gaze swept the penthouse. The shattered champagne flutes. The discarded heels. The trail of purple oil leading toward the bedroom. Then her eyes found Diana. Diana pressed back against the headboard, the sheet clutched to her breasts. The Lasso glowed faintly around her neck, and Ivy’s eyes narrowed at the sight of it. “You.” The word dripped venom. “Wonder Whore.” Diana’s jaw tightened. The Amazon in her wanted to rise, to stand, to meet this threat with the dignity that was her birthright. But her legs wouldn’t cooperate. Her body was a stranger to her now—a stranger who’d just been fucked senseless by a woman wearing a Joker-faced strap-on. “I can explain—” “Can you?” Ivy stepped forward, her heels crushing a mushroom that had just sprouted. The vines on her arms tightened, thorns emerging along their length. “Can you explain why my Harley is naked in a penthouse that smells like sex and venom? Can you explain why she’s wearing a collar?” Harley scrambled to her feet. “Red, it’s not what—” “Don’t.” Ivy’s finger shot out, pointing at Harley without looking at her. “Don’t you dare.” Harley’s mouth snapped shut. For the first time since Diana had met her, she looked genuinely chastened. But the grin—that impossible grin—still lurked at the corners of her lips. Ivy’s attention returned to Diana. She crossed the room slowly, each step deliberate, the vines writhing around her arms like snakes. When she reached the foot of the bed, she stopped. The Lasso of Truth glowed brighter. “Look at you.” Ivy’s voice dropped, silky and dangerous. “The great Amazon warrior. The princess of Themyscira. Reduced to this.” Her hand gestured at Diana’s huddled form, the sheet, the marks on her wrists. “Did she use the venom on you?” Diana’s throat tightened. “Yes.”
