Chapter 1
The sunlight flickers across Erica’s peacefully sleeping face. It’s the middle of summer, when the sun rises early and birds chirp in the trees. It’s warm out and Erica is finishing nap. She’s got a big day ahead of her!
Without opening her eyes, Erica wipes the drool from her chin. Her hand wanders around, searching for something missing: her favorite pink pacifier. It matches the crop top her mommy dressed her in earlier that morning. During hot months like this, Mommy makes sure Erica doesn’t get too hot or sweaty with too many layers. With a small pop, the paci is sucked back between her lips. Erica happily drifts back towards sleep in her crib. She’s on a break from work and doesn’t have a care in the world.
That is, until Nora sneaks into their bedroom. Erica and her wife sleep in the same room, but not always together. Nora always sleeps in a luxurious king size bed they bought together, but when Erica goes through littlespace phases, she gets the cutest little crib bought before the women met. It was Erica that introduced Nora to ABDL, even though Nora certainly wasn’t vanilla before she started dating Erica. They met in graduate school in an advanced research seminar. They worked closely together and it wasn’t long before they were going out for drinks and sleeping together. They graduated together in their respective fields and moved in together when they got jobs in the same city across the country. Both women are mature, successful adults in their careers, working constantly.
Over several years of dating and marriage, Erica found herself struggling more and more with her job. It took more and more time, and her toxic managers didn’t make anything easier. Her normal coping strategy of baby time and relaxing with Nora over the weekends got more and more co-opted by her work. Eventually, Erica just broke. With the support of her wife, she left her job to explore what she wanted to do next. She settled into some creative writing and other side hustles, but it was really Nora supporting the couple.
Nora was happy to support her wife. She loved her deeply and wanted Erica to find a career that she could truly love. Conveniently, the dynamic they’d worked out over their complex sexual desires transferred well to their new lifestyle. Over time, Erica started to wear more diapers and more often, freed from the adult expectations of an in-person work environment. The real moment that kicked off their current lives was Nora’s promotion. A huge raise was paired with another move, to a bigger house in a new city. Multiple bedrooms meant both women got to have shared and personal spaces, giving them all the opportunities to keep exploring their kinks together.
Which is what leads us to now with Erica, diapered and sleepy, and her beloved mommy scooping her sleepy girl up into her arms. While Nora wasn’t huge herself, only 5 ‘6”, she’d always been a gym girlie so carrying her precious 4’ 11” teeny baby wife was one of her favorite things to do!
“Hey sleepyhead!” Mommy coos into Erica’s ear. Her brows furrow as she tries to pretend to still be asleep. Nora giggles and bounces her gently.
“Awww don’t give me that! I know you’ve been looking forward to the BBQ all month! What better way to end Pride than by partying with our new friends?”
That makes Erica open her big brown eyes and giggle.
“I’m so excited mommy! All our friends are gonna be there!”
The women are a new part of a close knit kink community, made up of all sorts of people from across the city. When they’d bought the house, Nora and Erica were instantly welcomed to their group last fall. It wasn’t often that they got to get together all at once, but this BBQ was the main event every year! Everyone was going to be there and this was going to be so special for the women.
“Do you think Miss Piper is excited?” Erica asks as Mommy carries her downstairs to her highchair for breakfast.
