Chapter 20: The Scheming Girl Who Picked The Wrong Tycoon
When they had almost finished shopping and were about to leave, Ava Kensington suddenly suggested,
“I saw a claw machine over there just now. Let’s go catch some toys!”
“Sure, sure!”
Hearing this, Chloe Bennett, who had been a bit tired, instantly became energized.
The two girls had zero resistance to claw machines.
Before Ethan could say anything, he was already being dragged by Ava and Chloe toward the machine.
“This one.”
Eventually, the three of them stopped in front of a claw machine filled with Pikachu plushies.

“No problem. They’re all yours.”
Ethan responded and began playing.
Worst case scenario, if he couldn’t catch any, he had a simple solution: just buy the entire machine.
With money, everything was easy.
No problem, they’re all yours?
Beside them, the couple was stunned by Ethan’s words. How could he boast like that?
Bragging to the heavens.
They had never seen anyone clear out an entire claw machine.
For a moment, even the girl felt disdain toward Ethan.
Boasting wasn’t scary, but boasting this extremely was...
“How are there so many people without self-awareness?” the guy said, trying to win back his girlfriend’s favor.
“Honey, watch me catch a few more for you. Definitely faster than him.”
Their conversation reached Ava and Chloe’s ears.
Instantly, both girls were angry. How could they say such things about Ethan?
Ava was about to retort when she saw Ethan bend down.
“Here.”
Ethan handed a Pikachu plushie to Ava.
“This...”
Ava instinctively took it, completely dumbfounded.
“He caught it on the first try?”
Ava was utterly shocked.
Ethan was amazing.
“Ethan, you’re incredible!” Chloe jumped up excitedly too.

The couple next to them heard this and were surprised.

Ethan caught one after another without missing, and soon Ava and Chloe each held five or six Pikachu plushies in their arms.

Ava and Chloe stood beside him, excited and joyful like fangirls.
“Got one.”
The guy finally caught his second toy, but it took him five tries.
Just as he was feeling proud, he didn’t hear any cheers from his girlfriend.
