Watering the flowers.
A police officer stopped a little old lady holding two plastic bags. One was stuffed to overflowing with $20 bills. When asked about it, the lady stated that her yard backed up to a golf course and men would stick their penis through a knothole in the fence to pee. This was killing her flowers.
“So I run out there, grab them and tell them that they will need to pay me or I will cut it off!”
The police officer starts laughing and asks what is in the second bag.
“Not everyone pays.”
