Science Fiction Story: The Falcon was meant to carry a thousand dreams to a new world. Instead, it hits a dying planet, its hull shredded and its destination reduced to molten ruins. Commander Inaya Vaughn wakes from premature stasis to find one thousand colonists frozen in failing pods, a corrupted ship AI, and six crew alive—if they can be called that.
