Chapter 31: The First Sail and First Night at Anchor.
Coming of Age Sex Story: Chapter 31: The First Sail and First Night at Anchor. - This story follows on from ‘Matt, Chloe and Tina: 1 – Getting Together’, where the two now 16-year-old girl lovers met 24-year-old Matt and became a threesome. School was now out for summer, so it was holiday time. Matt had become Chloe’s lover first and her mother had asked if she wanted him to join them on holiday in Cornwall. Tina was reluctantly going with just her parents to an exclusive resort in Spain.

After a leisurely breakfast, Jake gave the girls a safety briefing which ended with him fitting them out with self-inflating lifejackets, harnesses and lines for clipping on when it got rough. They left the marina at 10, as planned, and were soon out of the river, into the open sea. They headed north, into the north-easterly breeze which was just strong enough for them to sail in, so Jake, who was on the helm, asked Maria and Matt to hoist the sails. The girls had been sitting in the cockpit with James and Georgie, watching intently at all the activities on deck.
“Come and take the helm, Chloe, and show us what you learnt on your sailing course” Jake shouted. “Matt, when you’ve got the genoa sorted, maybe you could show Tina how to trim the sails.”
“Chloe, we’re going to tack up between this island and the mainland for a while, until we reach the north of the island” Jake explained. “Come and take the wheel and keep sailing close to the wind. This lighter wind will give you the chance to get used to the wheel before it gets stronger in the afternoon.”
“OK, but I’ve never helmed with a wheel before and this yacht is a little bit bigger than the 14-foot dinghy I learnt on!” Chloe giggled, nervously.
Jake smiled. “You’ll soon get the hang of it, but try not to overcompensate when you’re correcting the course.”
Meanwhile, Matt had found Tina some leather sailing gloves and was showing her how to handle the electric winches to trim the sails.
As they were approaching the island on the first tack, Chloe shouted “Ready about!” to which Tina shouted “Ready!”
Chloe turned the wheel, while Tina let go of the genoa sheet and rushed to the other side of the boat to wind the opposite sheet around the winch as Matt had told her. She then pressed the button to tighten the sail until it was filled nicely. Chloe was adjusting their course to be as close to the wind as possible on the new tack.
“That was amazing for a first time with a big yacht, girls!” Jake shouted.
“Well done girls!” James shouted from the cockpit.
Jake showed Chloe how to set the autopilot to maintain the course, while she switched to the other wheel where she could see the genoa better. A little while later, as they were approaching the mainland, they tacked again and once they were steady on their new course, Jake asked the girls to swap places.
The girls hugged briefly and congratulated each other as they passed, swapping the sailing gloves. They completed two more tacks successfully before reaching the tip of the island and sailing further west.
A couple of hours later, Matt had to almost beg for a turn on the helm as both girls were enjoying themselves so much. Maria took over trimming the sheets and the girls went back into the cockpit with James and Georgie.
“That was so exciting!” Chloe exclaimed.
“It was fun!” Tina added, then “But it’s a bit scary on the winches with such powerful sails!”
James and Georgie looked at each other and smiled, before Georgie said “We’re both so pleased that Matt has, at last, got a girlfriend, well two, who love sailing.”
The girls both got another chance to helm, before they rounded the tip of Otok Sipan and took down the sails before motoring down the inlet to anchor just off the restaurant. The restaurant owner waved to them and they waved back.
Jake lowered the bathing platform and dropped the swimming ladder, and they were all soon in the water swimming around to cool off. Jake offered Chloe and Tina flippers, snorkels and masks and they were soon floating about, looking at the fish swimming about below. They spent the rest of the afternoon either in the water or relaxing on the bathing platform.
When it was time to get ready for the evening, they all showered and changed into summer minidresses for the girls or shorts and polo shirts for the boys. After sundowners, Maria ferried them ashore in the tender while Jake finished tidying up on board.
Chloe noticed that they were seated at a table with 7 place settings and smiled. “Are Maria and Jake joining us?”
“Yes, they can keep an eye on the boat from here and it would only take a couple of minutes for them to get back on board in an emergency” James explained.
They enjoyed an excellent meal of freshly caught fish, during which Georgie asked “Tell us about your families, girls.”
Tina went first “Well, it’s just me, Mum and Dad. Mum used to be a model before she had me and now she runs an Estate Agency which they bought from the previous owner who wanted to retire. Dad works in the City in finance, in fact, he said they met you a few times at charity functions.”
“What’s his name, Tina?” James asked, intrigued.
“Richard Bradshaw” Tina replied.
James beamed “I certainly remember his beautiful wife, Charlotte, and Richard of course!”
“Behave James!” Georgie rebuked him, but she was laughing.
Ignoring her, James added “And you have certainly inherited her stunning looks, Tina!”
Tina blushed “Thank you.”
“When you’ve finished flirting with my girlfriend, Father” Matt said, with a grin, “What I didn’t tell you was that Charlotte manages the block of flats, the rest of which I rent out.”
“Excellent” James said before turning towards Chloe “So, Tina’s equally pretty lover, tell us about your family.”
It was Chloe’s turn to blush, but she quickly recovered. “Well, I’m told my father is a surgeon, but I don’t remember him. My mum is amazing, she’s a nurse and she brought me up on her own. She has a lovely boyfriend who’s a Civil Engineer. They’re both madly in love but they’re not sure about moving in together. I’m working on it!”
They all laughed as the waiter topped up their wine glasses and passed dessert menus around. As they were finishing their dessert, Jake said “The plan for tomorrow is an easy 3-hour sail to Otok Mljet where we will anchor in
Luka Palace Cove. So you will have time for a swim in the morning, before breakfast at the restaurant here and when we arrive in the cove, you can spend the afternoon swimming, snorkelling and working on your tans.”
Maria added “We are planning a BBQ on board for dinner, so you can stay in your bikinis as you might want to try night-swimming later.”
Jake ferried them back to the yacht and the threesome were again soon having fun in the forepeak, before falling asleep.
In the morning, they swam for a short while and then had a shower on the transom before breakfast. They were underway by 10 and soon had the sails hoisted with the course set directly for their destination. There was little wind, so Jake turned on the autopilot and explained the chartplotter and other instruments on the panel in front of the helming station to Chloe, while Matt showed Tina the pilot book for Croatia and the paper charts. The girls then swapped places, amused that the instruments were not only repeated at both helming stations, but also down below above the chart table.
