Chapter 4: Marrying Lele
Jerry flipped through the documents, his brows furrowing deeply.
Inside were records of the Miller Family’s violations and damage to the company’s interests over the years.
Turning to the last page, there was a line of elegant handwriting.
“By this point, the Miller Family has already damaged the group’s interests by 1 billion yuan, with most of the money flowing into the RM Group.”

His face instantly darkened. Although he knew that the Miller Family often used JM Group’s money to subsidize RM Group, he did not expect the amount to reach a full billion.
The Miller Family has practically emptied out the entire JM Group.
Rose looked at Jerry with complicated emotions, feeling somewhat afraid.
“Thank you, Miss Paper, this information is very important to me.” Jerry said after a long silence, his face grim.
“Hehe ... Last time I gave you this information, you scolded me terribly, saying I was trying to drive a wedge between you and your family.” Rose said with a resentful tone.
“I’m sorry.” Jerry’s voice trembled, his face full of guilt, as he embraced Rose.
‘If I had listened to her in my previous life, how could I have ended up jumping off a building?’
Rose bit her red lips, feeling the body temperature of the man in front of her, her pretty face slightly flushed.
The two talked for a long time, until late at night.
Jerry said apologetically, “I’m sorry to have kept you from resting.”
“I’m really happy to see you cheer up.” Rose smiled slightly.
“We’re so familiar with each other, what’s there to talk about delaying things?”
“It’s so late, are you going home?”
“I’m not going back,” Jerry said firmly.
“That’s no longer my home. I’ve already booked a hotel.”
Rose looked at Jerry, hesitated for a moment, then nodded and said, “It’s so late, be careful.”
Jerry returned to the hotel and reviewed the records of how the Miller Family had damaged the interests of JM Group. He didn’t fall asleep until 3 a.m.
The next day, around 7 a.m., he finished breakfast and went straight to the company.
I had just arrived at the office when I received a message from a private investigator.
Pretending to be an AC repairman, that Private investigator deceived the Miller Family and installed a listening device inside their home.

Jerry was overjoyed upon seeing this and immediately transferred 500,000 yuan to him.
Upon opening the voice message, his expression instantly turned grim. Lele and her father went to the Miller Family last night to confront them.
Both companies arranged for reporters to conduct interviews last night, intending to ruin Jerry’s reputations.
When Rose arrived at the office, she saw Jerry’s gloomy face and frowned, asking, “What’s wrong?”
“The Miller and Sen families went to the media to expose me, falsely accusing me of forcing Lele.” Jerry frowned deeply.
“If this isn’t handled properly, the consequences will be severe.” Rose frowned and decisively said, “I’ll go to the media and ask them to suppress this matter.”
“No, hold a press conference.” Jerry said coldly.
“I want to announce that I’m marrying Lele.”
Rose’s beautiful eyes were filled with disbelief: “You really want to marry her?”
“A fake marriage,” Jerry said coldly.
“I will make those two scoundrels lose all their reputation at the wedding.” Rose nodded and summoned reporters from various newspapers. Following Jerry’s instructions, she gave each of them 100,000 yuan.
A press conference was then held in the conference hall.
Just as Jerry was about to go on stage, her second sister rushed in and angrily said, “Jerry, why didn’t you consult us before holding this press conference?”
“We are all shareholders and senior executives of the group! You didn’t even consult with us before holding a press conference on your own?”
The third sister waved her hand dismissively, saying, “I’m the head of the personnel department. All of you reporters, get out of here. We didn’t invite you at all.”
Meanwhile, the employees under the two men began aggressively trying to drive them away. The reporters were immediately thrown into chaos, even though JM Group had invited them.
Jerry sneered.
‘The fact that my second and third sisters were so anxious to stop me shows they had ulterior motives and wanted to ruin my reputation.’
