Chapter 37: Robert’s call
Jacob is so naive, how could he do such a thing?
“Rose, you bitch, you’re trying to drive a wedge between me and my brother Jacob!” Ena roared. “What’s the point of making this up? Did Jerry instigate you?”
Rose’s eyes grew colder: “You can easily find out the truth. Whether it’s from the police station or the employees of Blue Moon Entertainment, you can learn that Jerry saved you. It’s just that you’ve always believed in your brother Jacob and are unwilling to seek out the truth.”
“Impossible!” Ena said angrily; “Don’t even think about exonerating Jerry, don’t even think about slandering my little Brother, I won’t fall for your divisive scheme.”
“Second Sister and the others are right. You, Rose, are a despicable woman. Because of you, our Miller Family is in turmoil!”
Rose took a deep breath, suppressing her anger: “Since that’s the case, there’s nothing more to talk about.”
“If you sign this contract, the legal department will drop the case and will no longer pursue the matter of you harming the company’s interests.”
“This is Mr. Miller’s idea.”
“As for the past I just told you, it was just something I personally couldn’t stand. Whether you listen to it or not, it doesn’t matter to President Miller.”
Ena was taken aback that she could let it go, knowing full well that the contract was definitely not a good thing.
Upon picking it up, she saw that the contract required her to transfer five percent of her shares in JM Group to Jerry free of charge.
She angrily tore the contract to shreds: “Make me hand over the shares? Is he crazy? I only damaged the group’s profits by a little over 100 million, but these shares are worth 500 million!”
“How dare Jerry? His appetite is so huge!”
Rose chuckled and said, “Miss Ena, have you forgotten that these five percent of the shares were given to you by President Miller for free? You’ve been enjoying dividends for several years now. Is there anything wrong with returning the shares to him now?”
“This...” Ena’s chest heaved violently. Although Rose’s words made sense, she was simply unwilling to give up that five percent of the shares.
She gritted her teeth and said, “How can you take back what you’ve given away? What’s given to me is mine!”
“Tell Jerry that he can forget about getting those five percent of the shares!”
Rose looked at Ena with cold eyes: “Miss Ena, greed will only get you killed.”
“Impossible! I will never hand over my shares!” Ena’s face turned red with anger.
“Then you can just wait to go to jail,” Rose said, turning and leaving the office.
This contract was merely a way for Ena to gracefully relinquish his shares, and it could be considered Jerry’s last bit of affection for her.
If Ena is unwilling to sign, Jerry has many ways to get them.
Watching Rose leave, Ena’s eyes turned red with anger, and she roared, “You bastard! You bitch! You’re all after my money and my shares, and you want to kill me!”
Having shares and not having shares make a world of difference.
She owns 5% of JM Group’s shares, making her a shareholder and senior executive of the group. A single word from her can influence the profits of other companies by millions.
Without her shares, she would be no different from an ordinary person. She naturally refused to give up these shares and her high and mighty position.
Just as she was angrily smashing the potted plant and the cup, Loru Pak walked over with three security guards.
Loru Pak held a notebook in his hand, recording the things she had broken: “Ms. Ena, you have to pay for all the things you broke, otherwise we will sue you.”
‘This scoundrel naturally didn’t know anything about prosecution; Rose had taught them to say that.’
Hearing this, Ena trembled with anger: “I am Jerry’s older sister, and this is how you treat me?”
“Get out of here! All of you, get out of here!”
Little Green sneered.
“Drag her away and throw her out!”

Several security guards stepped forward, dragged her away, and threw her out of JM Group.
Amidst the astonished gazes of countless people, she crashed heavily to the ground, utterly disgraced.
