Chapter 31: Miss Roy’s VIP Card
Rose blushed slightly and gave Jerry a reproachful look.
Jerry smiled faintly and said, “Let’s go, don’t waste time with these two idiots.”
Rose nodded.
Lele said coldly, “Rose, you stop right there!”
“I remember you’re just Jerry’s secretary, right?”
“Heh, you’re really something. You took advantage of my falling out with Jerry to seduce him. How could you be so despicable?”
As soon as these words were spoken, everyone’s eyes turned to Rose. Jacob said sarcastically, “So, you became Jerry’s secretary just to be his girlfriend?”
Rose’s pretty face turned cold as she looked at the two of them coldly: “You two are really like clowns. Stop trying to attract attention here.”
She took Jerry’s hand and smiled sweetly, “Let’s go.”
Jerry glanced at Jacob and said indifferently, “Take care of yourself.”
Jacob clenched his fist tightly, then slowly relaxed it: “Brother, I’m your younger brother. Are you threatening me with those words?”
The onlookers burst into laughter, their words all mocking Lele and Jacob.
After all, Jerry was a powerful figure that countless people in Kingsland dreamed of clinging to, yet Lele simply handed him over to someone else.
How stupid.
“Ms. Sen, please watch your words and actions. If you offend our VIP members, we have the right to kick you out,” a staff member reprimanded.
“You...” Lele’s eyebrows furrowed in anger.
‘When I was using Jerry’s VIP membership before, even the owner of Dragon Pavilion bowed and scraped to me. But now they even dare to scold me.’
“It’s alright, Lele,” Jacob said softly, holding Lele’s hand.
“It’s just a VIP membership card, why is he so arrogant?”
“I’ll borrow one for you right now.”
Lele looked surprised: “Do you know any important people who have a VIP membership card? As far as I know, even your dad doesn’t have one, right?”
“I know some senior figures in the entertainment industry.” Jacob dialed the number and actually managed to borrow a VIP membership card.
A meticulously dressed manager approached respectfully: “Are you Mr. Jacob? Miss Roy instructed me to give you the membership card.”
Jacob took the card and handed it to Lele.

Lele changed her tune, arrogantly saying, “Now we’re qualified to enter the top-floor banquet hall, aren’t we?”
The staff exchanged glances and quickly invited the two upstairs. Lele, arm in arm with Jacob, smugly boarded the transparent elevator and entered the top-floor banquet hall.
The top-floor banquet hall is extremely luxurious, with even the chandeliers made of natural crystal.
Groups of elegantly dressed VIPs sat in semi-private rooms in front of floor-to-ceiling windows.
The two went directly to Jerry and Rose. Jerry frowned and asked, “How did you two get up here?”
“If Brother Jerry can get up here, why can’t we?” Jacob sneered. “Does this place only belong to people like you who have no parents to love them?”
Jerry’s face instantly darkened. Rose frowned and looked at Jacob with disgust.
He was blatantly reopening Jerry’s most painful wounds.
Moreover, he mocked Jerry as the victor.
She said coldly, “Please don’t disturb our meal, thank you.”
Jacob flashed a bright smile: “Sister, you’re so beautiful, how could you possibly be interested in my brother?”
“Do you know what? He stole my watch from home before, and my sisters slapped him so hard his face was swollen. He knelt on the ground and begged me to forgive him.”
“Do you know how much he acted like a dog back then?”
“How could someone as beautiful as you fall for a dog?”
These words immediately drew the attention of many people. When everyone saw Jerry, they immediately understood everything.
“I thought they were talking about someone else. Turns out they were talking about President Miller, then I understood.”
“I’ve also heard that Mr. Miller’s family is really strange. They actually made Mr. Miller kneel down and apologize for a trivial matter.”
