Chapter 29: A tiny ruby is worth fifty million
Lele was furious: “I haven’t even finished dressing yet, and you’ve already called people over? What if they see me naked?”
“A shameless person like you is afraid of being seen naked?” Jerry teased. “Hurry up and get dressed, it will take them a few more minutes to get here.”
Lele was so angry that her chest heaved violently. She finally managed to put on her clothes, but they were in a very messy state.
She stared intently at Jerry: “Do you believe I’ll call the police right now and say you forced me again?”
“Even without evidence, I can still ruin your reputation in the company!”
Having fallen out with Jerry to this point, she no longer wanted to hide anything and resorted to direct threats.
She subconsciously touched the voice recorder in her skirt pocket. She hadn’t originally intended to honestly ask Jerry to lend her 300 million yuan.

Lele was stunned for a moment, then recalled her experience at the police station last time, and her voice trembled with anger: “You beast!”
Jerry had much stronger connections in the police station than she had; even Director Mohan had to give him face.
Even if she calls the police, she will be the one whose reputation is ruined.
Just then, the three Traffic Light Trio stormed in.
Han Dong looked at Lele: “President Miller, is this the person who came to cause trouble?”
Jerry nodded: “Kick her out.”
“I can walk by myself.” Lele glared at Jerry fiercely, then turned and left.
The three Traffic Light Trio thoughtfully followed, saying, “We’ll take you away.”
Lele was thus kicked out of JM Group.
Back home, she angrily smashed things all over the bedroom: “You heartless bastard, I even gave you a chance to pursue me before!”
“I never expected that we would completely fall out over such a small matter.” The thought that Jerry had seen her body completely without her paying any price made her furious.
After a while, she gradually calmed down.

Suddenly, her beautiful eyes flashed, and she opened the drawer to find several sparkling gemstone items inside.

She picked up the gemstone jewelry and gave a self-deprecating laugh.
I never imagined that I would have to rely on the things Jerry gave me to barely get through this difficult time.
She said coldly, “I hope what you have is worth something.”
After saying that, she hurriedly put the gemstone jewelry into her bag, turned around and went out the door.
Upon arriving at the famous jewelry store in Kingsland, the owner, who sported a small mustache, greeted her with a smile and led her into his office.
“Boss Remo, how much are these items worth? I’d like to pawn them to make some money for working capital, and then redeem them later.” Lele took out several items and placed them on the desk.
Mr. Reom’s expression changed instantly, then returned to normal. He put on his small glasses, picked it up, and examined it carefully.

Boss Remo took off his glasses, took out a ruby necklace, and held out one hand. Lele was overjoyed. Could it be that she could exchange it for five million?
