Chapter 21: Rose is about to Kidnapped
Jerry’s expression changed. After confirming that the car windows and doors were locked, he said coldly, “Don’t open the car doors or windows. Don’t waste time. I’ll have Black Wolf and the others come over.”
Rose nodded, her beautiful eyes filled with panic.
Jerry called Black Wolf.
At this moment, five people got off the vehicle, holding iron bars, and were shouting angrily outside.
“Get the hell out here, now!”
“Wasn’t there only a woman? Why is there a man too?”
“Smash it quickly, don’t let them call the police!”
A group of people immediately started smashing the car windows, making a loud noise.
The glass is already riddled with cracks.
Jerry immediately crossed over to the passenger seat, adjusted the seat back, and sat on Rose’s lap.
Because he was blocked in both directions, he suddenly stepped on the gas pedal, trying to crash into the van in front of him.
But the van had its handbrake engaged, so it couldn’t be rammed for a while. He actually bumped into himself and got quite badly hurt. This action terrified the people outside the car.
Jerry kept reversing and accelerating, making those people hesitant to smash the car windows.
Even so, the driver’s side window was almost smashed. They were all furious and kept cursing.
“You’re asking for it! Get out of the car right now!”
“If you dare to resist again, you will only be beaten even worse later.”
Jerry’s expression remained unchanged as he coldly stared at the people outside the car. Just then, a dozen or so Toyota Hiace vehicles sped towards them from a distance. The car door opened, and a group of drunken men rushed out, each holding a machete wrapped in newspaper. The people who were smashing the car were stunned and stood there dumbfounded. Black Wolf took the lead and slashed a man in the waist with a machete.
The man screamed and collapsed to the ground. Within seconds, the five men who had smashed the car were all slashed to the ground, crying and begging for mercy.
Rose was so frightened that her pretty face turned pale.
Jerryyue returned to the passenger seat, gave her a hug, and whispered, “Don’t be afraid, I’m here.”
He then opened the car door and got out. Black Wolf said apologetically, “Sorry we’re late.”
“Are you and your wife unharmed?”
“It’s nothing,” Jerry said calmly, his expression unchanged.
“Just ask them.”
Black Wolf grabbed a man and roared, “Who sent you? What’s your purpose?”
“Who are you?” the man asked, looking at the black wolf in terror. He had no idea when this new force had appeared in Kingsland.
Black Wolf patted his bald head: “I am Black Wolf.”
“What?” the man exclaimed in surprise, “Black Wolf Brother!”
The men lying on the ground were so frightened by these words that they came back to life and stared at the black wolf in shock.
“Black Wolf, Kingsland is not what it used to be. You’d better let me go, or my boss will make you regret it,” the man threatened angrily.
Without wasting words, Black Wolf pulled out a dagger and stabbed it into the man’s mouth.
The man let out a piercing scream and struggled desperately. But his hands and feet were firmly held by Black Wolf’s men.
After twirling the dagger in his mouth, the black wolf cut off a piece of his tongue and threw it on the ground.
The man fainted from the pain. The remaining few were so frightened that they wet themselves. They had heard that Black Wolf was ruthless, but they never imagined he was this ruthless.
Jerry’s expression was also unpleasant. Although he had been reborn, he still couldn’t accept such a cruel scene.
But he was still quite satisfied with Black Wolf, after all, he had to be ruthless to survive in Kingsland after his sudden return.
“Will you talk or not?” Black Wolf looked at the other person.
The man was so frightened he stammered, “I ... we’re Brother White Dog’s men. Dan sent us to arrest this woman.”
He pointed to Rose inside the car.
Jerry’s expression changed, and he grabbed the man by the neck, his face contorted with rage as he said, “Dan? He’s one of the White Dog’s men?”
