Chapter 35: Mayor Nox Lee
Although Monica forced him, he still got to experience the pleasures of a woman. Just thinking about having sex with Maya and her drawn-out moans made his blood boil.
These past few days, Deputy Park has been calling Dino to the police station whenever he has a spare moment. They’re incredibly affectionate, to say the least. Even Officer Tim puts on a smile when he sees Dino. Deputy Park is a close confidant of the station chief. Deputy Park respects Dino. If Dino were to make things difficult for Deputy Park, wouldn’t that be a slap in the face for Deputy Park?
He was polite, and Dino was equally enthusiastic; they quickly became acquainted.
That day, Deputy Park called Dino over again, saying that there was an awards ceremony at the bureau and Dino had to go. Dino was not presentable and shook his head, not daring to go. Just then, they suddenly heard a dog barking.
Deputy Park, Officer Tim, and the others couldn’t understand. “A dog barking in the police station? Is it looking for death?” Officer Tim jumped up, rolled up his sleeves, and said, “Let’s see whose dog it is. If it’s a stray, we’ll beat it up and make dog meat hot pot.”
Before he could finish speaking, Dino suddenly jumped up and flashed out the door. He was so fast that Officer Tim didn’t even see how he got out. He only felt a whoosh of wind in his ear, and then he was gone. He was a little confused and didn’t know what was going on. He wasn’t even sure if Dino had run away, because it was too fast.
Deputy Park was also stunned for a moment, but being a soldier, he reacted quickly and chased after them.
There was a wall outside the police station. He chased after him, but Dino had already left the courtyard. He chased him to the outside of the courtyard and then saw Dino running wildly ahead.
In just a short while, he had run a long distance, at least more than a hundred meters away.
“My goodness!” Officer Tim’s eyes popped out of their sockets.
“How could he run so fast? Even a dog isn’t that fast!”
He was right. The dog that came running and barked was a yellow dog, which also ran on all fours, but fell behind Dino.
“Go check it out quickly.” Deputy Park sensed something was wrong, so he got on his motorcycle and followed them.
The dog couldn’t run as fast as Dino, and even Deputy Park’s motorcycle couldn’t catch up with him. Of course, on a straight road, a person still couldn’t outrun a motorcycle. However, Kelo’s house wasn’t on the main road, so Dino darted around on the country lanes, which the motorcycle couldn’t navigate, e and had to take a detour.
So when Deputy Park and the others arrived, Dino had already arrived home. He was standing there panting heavily. A person was lying in front of him with blood on his head and face, who seemed to be dead. Maya was holding Dino’s hand tightly, as if shwereas afraid that he would hit the person lying there again.
Deputy Park called out, “Brother, what’s the matter?”
He glanced at the person on the ground; their face seemed somewhat familiar. After looking again, he exclaimed in surprise, “Mayor Lee?”
This person was actually Nox Lee, the mayor of Maple Leaf Town.
