Chapter 1

16-year-old Maisie Kingston woke up to the sound of her ringing alarm clock. Groaning, she reached out from the bed and fumbled with it for a few seconds before turning it off.

She sighed and rolled over in her bed, misjudging it and realizing too late she’d rolled off the bed instead. She fell to the floor with a soft thud. “Ow!” She cried out, trying to untangle herself from the blankets. When she finally freed herself, she stood up and came face to face with her full-body mirror, and realized that her nightshirt had bunched up and a part of it was tucked into her sports bra.

Feeling her face flood with shame, she quickly adjusted it and turned away from the mirror. It wasn’t a pleasant reminder that she had the complete opposite of a womanly body at 16 on the morning of Valentine’s Day. Her head snapped up. “Shit, it’s Valentine’s day,” She thought, sitting her equally flat ass on her bed. She arranged the blankets and thought about it.

Maisie never had a reason to care about Valentine’s day. Although she was a pretty cute girl- with mid-length blond locks and pearly blue eyes, she was shy and kept mostly to herself at school or in public places. Her body was also not what she desired- she was a girly girl but her body didn’t match. Her breasts barely fit into an A cup bra, so she stuck to sports or training bras, which she embarrassingly had to buy from the tweens section at the clothing store. Her hips hadn’t widened as much as they were supposed to during puberty, and she still had a flat bottom. She barely had curves, and she was quite skinny and petite. So, not a lot of boys desired her. No one had ever asked her out, either.
