Well, the instructions that Anne left for us were very intriguing, and sound like they will result in a very, very dirty third meeting with Anne, and we may have committed ourselves to who knows what in the future!

DIRTY HOSPITAL VISIT
a. The theme for our next perverted meeting is “Dirty Hospital Visit”. This will take place here in the clearing in two weeks’ time, on the nth of XXXXX, at 17:00. Dr. Anne will be at the clinic when you arrive.
b. Patients attending the clinic are to abstain from any form of sex, other than masturbation in separate places, until the perverted visit to Dr. Anne’s Dirty Hospital.
c. The male patient must start collecting sperm by wanking off as often as possible into the bottle provided, using the funnel to ensure that there are no spillages. The male patient must wank off at least three times a day in order to collect the maximum amount of sperm possible. The sperm bottle must be kept cool at all times, preferably refrigerated.
d. Three days before we plan to meet, both patients must come to the clearing on their way home from school, ready to watch each other provide a piss ‘sample’ into two separate labelled bottles, then to watch each other provide a shit ‘sample’ into a labelled plastic sealable box. Dr. Anne will provide the labelled bottles and boxes, and a cool bag into which all samples must be placed. Each patient must provide the largest ‘sample’ that they can. Dr. Anne will collect the ‘samples’ later the same evening.
e. Both patients must attend the following day and leave another set of ‘samples’ in the new bottles and containers which Dr. Anne will have provided. On this day the male patient must also leave the bottle containing the male patient’s collected sperm ‘samples’. All samples are to be placed in the cool bag provided. Dr. Anne will collect the new samples the same evening.
f. After providing the second set of samples, the male patient must not ejaculate until the day of the ‘clinic’.
g. The patients must arrive at the arranged time, bringing some spare clothes in case things get messy.
h. Dr. Anne will bring ‘medicines’ and ingredients to make more, as well as the ‘instruments’ required to carry out various perverted ‘procedures’, and will also provide all other equipment, devices and consumables required, as well as cleaning products for use after the clinic is completed.
i. Dr. Anne will be in complete charge for the whole period of the ‘clinic’ session. The patients must prepare to be instructed by Dr. Anne to perform many truly dirty and perverted activities and must obey all instructions issued by Dr. Anne. We moved the first sheet to the side and underneath we found two ‘Consent Forms’, each of which read:

Each patient must sign the Consent Form and the Optional Clauses Form immediately and seal their forms into an envelope. Both envelopes should then be placed in the third envelope for Dr. Anne to collect here, today, at 19:00. Neither patient must be present in the clearing when Dr. Anne collects the signed forms.
