Chapter 16
Raiden woke late because they didn’t get home until after 1 a.m. He showered, dressed, and went to Denny’s for breakfast. When he finished, Raiden returned to his apartment and checked his server. He figured he tagged around 50 cell phones. It was closer to 60, and he forwarded the information to the secure SAC server. Then Raiden checked Alana’s friend and Senator Hall’s wife, Pam’s, cell phone. He checked the photos first and was surprised to see nude selfies.

Raiden told her what he had said to Senator Jimbo Samuels, and the senator turned ghost white with fear. Dana said the operation was a success, as Senator Samuels called SAC Director Gil Bowman and agreed to what was asked.
Then she asked about the charity gala, and Raiden told her about meeting Senator George Hall and his wife, Pam, Alana’s friend. Finally, Dana gave Raiden a slip of paper with the name Cayman Islands Bank. It had the account number, login, and password. She said he would be paid in that account and to log in and change the temporary login and password immediately.
They said goodbye, and Raiden drove home. When he arrived, Raiden went to his room and turned on his computer. Then he logged onto the Cayman Islands Bank. After lunch, Raiden went to the lab with Martha, and they did an inventory and called in the lab order. Then, they ran experiments on the computer for the rest of the afternoon. Raiden checked for software and hardware updates on the analyzer and centrifuge. Updates were available for both, so he downloaded them. Before returning to the house, Martha said she was concerned that Ria and Tia were playing around on the computer instead of studying.
Raiden agreed and said he caught them visiting porn sites but didn’t know when. Martha asked him to install parental control software and monitor their online activity. If they can’t apply themselves, they will return to regular school next semester. They returned to the house, cleaned up, and went to the kitchen for dinner. Martha, Sofia, and Carmen were there when he arrived. While they ate breakfast, Martha asked if he had installed the monitoring software, and Raiden said yes. Carmen and Sofia said Ria and Tia would be pissed, and Martha said tough shit. She didn’t buy them laptops to surf porn and chat with friends all day and night. Raiden turned on his computer and checked his cloud account. He had the files of Ria and Tia’s laptops. Raiden checked their pictures and videos first, and they had photos of their sleepover. Ria, Tia, and six of their friends were in various stages of undressing. There was a video that must have been taken from their laptop’s webcam. When he finished, Raiden took his guns to his workshop, cleaned them, and put them away.
Raiden returned to his room, showered, put on his robe, and went to the kitchen for dinner. When Ria and Tia arrived, they apologized for acting foolish and putting everyone at risk. They promised to focus on their studies from now on. Martha, Carmen, and Sofia accepted their apology, and everyone ate dinner. When they finished dinner, everyone said goodnight and went to bed.
The next morning, Raiden did his online college homework and checked his apartment server. He forwarded the new data on the phone tags to the SAC secure server. When it was done, he cleaned up and went to the kitchen for breakfast. Martha, Sofia, and Carmen were there, so they sat and ate. Martha said Ria and Tia seemed sincere in their apology, but as the saying goes, trust but verify, and everyone agreed.
After breakfast, Martha and Raiden went to the lab, and she wanted to go to the secret pond. So they grabbed eight plastic gallon bottles and went to the stables. Then, they rode through the woods along the hillside until they came to the boulders. Raiden let Roxie maneuver them through the boulders to the pond.
