Chapter 12
Raiden went to his dojo in the basement early Friday morning. He did his martial arts workout and then practiced his Stealth Walk and Strikes. When he finished, Raiden returned to his room, cleaned up, and went to the kitchen. Sofia took Tia and Ria to the bus stop, and he, Martha, and Carmen ate breakfast. Martha and Carmen went over the grocery order and made a few additions.
After breakfast, Martha and Raiden headed to town. Their first stop was for lab supplies, and Raiden noticed Martha had ordered two dozen more plastic gallon bottles. While making dinner, Dana called and asked how he was doing at flight school. Raiden said good, but it’s challenging and frustrating. Dana laughed and said she’d had a good report from Glen Samson. Glen said you passed the ground school without classroom instruction. Then Dana said we have an active situation that might require your participation, so hurry and get through the flight training.
