I messaged Stuart, ‘Both parents will be with us today so please have suitable car seats.’
He replied ‘I could be a few minutes late then, thanks for the info, smart professional dress please.’
Stuart arrived in an eight seater limo. He hired it out for the day with a driver, saying, “Some places we go to has limited parking.”

He took us to three large industrial sites all leased, these were big sites with some major brand stores leasing over the long term. Both dads were looking in total envy. We went to four nursing home with 300-400 beds each. Yes we owned the land. Then the surprise, we went into an empty underground parking lot in Surfers. Stuart explained the building has 66 floors with 31 floors let out to a major hotel chain. 10 floors have been sold with residences within. You own the balance of 20 floors and the four floors of penthouses. The building is complete and furnished.” We rode to the top penthouse. The four floors of penthouses have two lift to themselves. We rode up in a very fast and well presented lift, fitted out reeking of luxury. We entered the lower penthouse of four bedrooms, two penthouses were on this floor. Man did they look fantastic. And the view over the ocean and to the Hinterland. The next floor was the same, again two penthouses. The next floor was just one penthouse over the whole floor, four bedrooms and fantastic kitchen, lounge, office, etc. The final penthouse was over two floors with a swimming pool. It just blew our minds, the quality fit out with furniture etc. Five massive bedroom with a maid/butler room as well.

I looked at Stuart and asked “All of this is Luna and I and debt free?”
Stuart replied “Debt free yes. Technically yours Joe. You are the sole director of the various building we have seen so far today. Miss Rose did supervise some of the fit out as you can see her touches.” When mentioned I could recognise some of her items. “Mr Green had planned this penthouse for special guests from overseas. He planned the have the floor below. However the building excluding the tenants who did buy off the plan, is yours. Congratulations. Have a walk around all of you.” We walked around admiring the fit out and views over the two floors. Stuart caught us in one of the bedrooms.
Stuart smiled and replied “Now would you like some lunch in the hotel. I do need to introduce you to the hotel senior managers Joe!”
I replied, “Sure I could do with a drink and something to eat.”
As we assembled in the lounge room Luna gave her mum and dad a cuddle. Stuart suggested we go downstairs for some lunch.
Luna asked, “Will the driver be OK or can they send him a sandwich and drink?”
Stuart advised, “Yes Luna I will attend.”

Our lifts stops at the four floors of penthouse, ground and our parking floor.

Leaving the penthouse we went to the hotel restaurant, it was fancy and a beautiful smorgasbord lunch. Both Dads really did enjoy the different foods. I insisted Luna eat as we don’t know what this afternoon will be like.

Stuart called Luna and I and we left the parents to carry on eating and drinking. We went up a floor and walked into the hotel board room. The senior management was present and we were introduced. They were pleased to have met us and did have a charge account for us. If we used the hotel facilities, they would bill us with a special rate. Luna and I smiled. They wanted to talk about my future plans and were amazed I was just a school kid. I advised, “We will get together later and with any concerns please contact Stuart. He will contact me.” Stuart nodded in thanks and handed over his business card. We had not talked about our arrangement yet however Luna and I were very happy with his services and would be keeping him as our legal representative.
