Chapter 16

Well we are back at home and school for the final term and exams. During the first week we were given our exam timetable over the three weeks. As Luna now had her own car she could attend exams that were separate to mine. I still picked up Luna for joint exams. All we did for the five weeks was study, study, study. We did take time out for coven meetings and dinner together on Saturday nights.

Merlin, Dave and Raven did hand out herbs plants and diluted herb jars for coven members, I, no we, Luna and I did ask, not to be acknowledge for the supply, the three of them did understand. Merlin and Dave wanted to sell some of the mixtures and herbs to others with us having 50% of sales costs. We declined the involvement, Luna said “We are OK for funds, you two have and share the profits for yourselves and the coven.” They were most pleased. We knew they were good people and would feed it back into the community.

Well we have finished all exams and tonight is the night. School Graduation. Both Luna and I did get some clothes made up for the occasion and Luna look like a goddess, well in my eyes. I had a nice felt and silk black dinner suit. We hired a limo to take us to the hotel, which hotel, the one we own. I did book a room for two night. It was a great evening and dancing until 2am. We went to our room, the Presidential Suite, very nice with a bottle of french champagne, complements of Tom and the staff.

On that point, We did get the hotel to take over the penthouses together with the twenty floors. They are in a fit out stage and should open in December, just in time for the Christmas period. We have been booked for the opening by Dwayne. They gave us some very favourable terms of rental and Stuart could not fault the conditions. Apparently it is fully booked out from Christmas through to May. It will bring quite a few stars and other billionaires to our shores.

We finally transferred the Gold and Silver bars to a gold repository in Brisbane so the balance is now on our official listing and yes we became Billionaires. Our accountants, organised via Stewart, is competing a listing of our assets and taxation records. Because most items were under the original purchase price, an up-to-date valuation has really pushed the prices of the real estate to very high values and that pushed us into the multi Billionaires club before we are eighteen. Stuart did inform Dwayne of our status and he is really pleased. When the fit out is complete they will increase in value as well.

Living on the farm we did get some animals to do the mowing, although I do enjoy the mowing.

We are now in long school holidays and awaiting our school results. Due to the fact we have funds, we are undecided what to do for the future.
