Chapter 19

Amaryllis

I wake up in the arms of my mate. Goddess he smells good. Maple, sage, and cinnamon. At this moment, I swear if I could never smell this smell ever again, I would die.

I turn my body so that my eyes are settled on his huge chest. Gosh, he is built like a god. I trace my finger around his protective muscles. Exploring his body, I found his 8 pack. My hands seem to have a mind of their own. I start to trail my hand down further. His member is twitching with morning Wood. I start to get excited as I go to reach for the protruding rod in his boxers that is now sticking out of the hole in his underwear.

So this is what the hole is for? I think to myself with a cheeky grin.

Just as I started to grab my mate’s man hood, I suddenly needed to pee. I start to get out of bed and push the covers off of me.

Before I could get fast I heard a groan and the huge arms I felt so much comfort in grabbed my waist.

“You can not do that to me and leave!”

I could just melt when I heard his deep morning voice.

“I have to pee” I can’t hold my giggle in when he pushes me back to him and leaves kisses behind my ear.

“God you are perfect”

“Perfect ... and still need to pee!”

He let’s me go and I find my way to the bathroom. Already I am missing his touch and warmth on my skin.

“Hun, how did the bathroom get fixed so fast?” I say through a half open bathroom door as I sit to do my business.

“While you were ... away, I had someone clean everything. We still need a mirror though.”

I get done, flush, and go back out to see him looking lost in thought.

“Ro, I am not going anywhere. I am so sorry I put you through that.”

He shrugs and smiles.

“I am just glad you are ok baby.”

Just as he starts to get up out of bed, his eyes glaze over. He is having a conversation through a mind link. I wait patiently. Rocking back and forth on my heels like a kid waiting for their parents to end a phone call. His eyes finally go back to normal.

“I need to get ready for a meeting.” He starts to dig in the closet for a nice, business casual outfit. He puts on a long sleeve shirt and starts to button it. I don’t quite understand it, but muscles look even better when under tight fabric.

“Can I come?” I asked suddenly once I realized he was fully dressed.

I don’t really want to go to a boring meeting. But I need to learn more to be a successful Luna. Plus I don’t want to be without him just yet.

“You can’t come to this one due to part of it being a surprise. But you can go to the mall with May and pick out a ceremony dress.”

He hands me his card and kisses my forhead.

“I will tell May to meet you here in an hour so she can take you. Don’t worry about prices. Feel free to get more clothes too.”

He stood tall once again, towering over me. I give him a hug and then motion with my finger for him to bring his head back down like a kid would do to exchange a secret.

“I love you” I whisper against his cheeks and give him a kiss. His smile melts my heart. He gave me one more kiss before turning to leave the room.

“Babe, I almost forgot. We need to talk later.”

With a nod he smiles once more and leaves me to get ready.

I quickly get ready. I throw on some Black leggings, a long tee shirt that goes a little bit past behind, and I brush my hair. Throwing on my socks and low top shoes, I grab my purse and run down the stairs to grab a quick breakfast.

“Hi Lys!”

I am greeted by a very happy looking May.

“Hi May”

She hugs me and blushes.

“Why are you so happy?”

Her happiness is contagious and I feel like we will start to hold each other and jump up and down like two teenagers who just got asked to Prom.

“So many reasons! We are going shopping, it’s a beautiful spring day, you are going to have a Luna ceremony soon, everything just seems perfect.”

I can’t help but smile even bigger at her.

“I can’t wait.”

I grab a muffin out of a clear case in the kitchen that was next to the coffee machine. I don’t think I need coffee today so I settled on a cup of cranberry juice.

I finish my breakfast and May grabs my arm. She links her arm with mine and we walk out the door.

The soft spring air dances on my skin with the sunlight when we get outside.

Today is truly a perfect day.
