Science Fiction Story: A new internet phenomenon known as the "Black Library" is sparking panic on a global scale, as it seemingly selects people from all walks of life by sending them an email with a "Black Book" attachment, which then coerces them through unknown means to either commit suicide with whatever means they have at hand or kill others and then themselves so that the Black Libraries methods cannot be learned or counteracted. This is just one of those stories.
