Chapter 28: Tenses

Falling drops
I’m with you
Dreaded sunshine
And I still follow along
Inseparable
And I know I’m insufferable
Wishing away the wrong
On cherry scent I dine
Malingering being ordinary
The precession steps
And I’m still bewitched
Completely taken in
By this thing you are
My willful falling star
Forsaken when
You find yourself betwixt
Humanity of Heritage
Audacity and adage
Who do you really
Want to be
Rain fall seemingly static
And I’m in your thrall
Sunshine I’ve long dreaded
And still I’m with you
I suppose we’re inseparable
And I know I’m insufferable
Inconsolable true
You where I am headed
And as I run against the wall
Who will you decide to pick
Who you are or who you were
How can anyone ever be sure
What is this anyway
Keeping me so bewitched
Confounded and tasting
Of tears and cherries
My revered falling star
There must be a cost to pay
Away to pull you from betwixt
Without feeling as if I am wasting
Breaths in word sprees
Who you were and who you are
Will you ever decide
Following along on your string
Personified pride
and partaking in spring
so you can hide
enjoying momentary bliss
and a forest covered kiss
rain falling so sweetly
as I have done
sun so close to shining
and I don’t mind at all
I am simply bewitched
by beauty placed discreetly
within this cherry sun
on your scent I’m dining
keeping me in your thrall
and keeping you betwixt
who you are
and who you were
who will you be?
