2 Days until our next huge Event, as Love Story, is having its Film Premiere on Wed, Dec 16, 1970. It is going to Gross $173,400,000 at the Box Office.
We’re going to have its Premier, at Radio City Music Hall, at 6pm.
Jesus Christ Superstar’s Musical Performance would immediately follow, so the Audience got to be the 1st ever to View Love Story, plus, they’d be some of the 1st to have the pleasure of experiencing JC Superstar, Live & in Person.
Our Profit from Love Story, will be about $85,700,000. That will give T-SqFilm&TV Cashflow forever. Our Support of all my Hollywood Partners, was easily taken care of by our new profits.
Woodstock-The Film, had brought in $25,000,000, which had gone to pay back the Loans that Harry Helmsley had lent me to get started.
Now that 2 of my Films were in the Theatres, I was much more of an equal to my other U-Corp Partners, who were already successful.
John Moxon & Joycee were settling in, at their new Home, atop the Sherry Netherland.
Joycee insisted that Nelson & Minnie Mandela, also move in, giving them a Suite on their 18th Floor, on the Northside, so they’d face Central Park, which should help calm them, as NYC was a shock to their emotional systems.
We also put Ian Smith & John Vorster there too, while in NYC. They were old Pals in just a few days.
John Vorster, the current President of South Africa, & Nelson Mandela, the new De-Facto Co-President, found out that they could work together easily, as long as each left their EGO’s out of it.
Joycee & John Moxon, Nelson & Winnie Mandela, Ian & Janet Smith, John & Tini Vorster; all Toured NYC together. Ali, Barbie, Bambi & Katy Lang were their Tour Guides. They ended the day at Macy’s, as Joycee couldn’t wait to Reform Macy’s Culture, back to when Macy’s was THE Store in NYC. It always beat out Gimbels, located across the Street from Macy’s.
Minnie Mandela charmed the 2 Wives, of the Heads of Rhodesia & South Africa. Along with Joycee’s Personality, the Women were Sold. They would go on to be huge influences on the other White Afrikaners’s Wives. I’ve found, that if you can get the Wives on your side, the Battle was already won.
Nelson Mandela, was doing the same thing to Ian Smith & John Vorster. By the end of the Week, John Vorster made the Co-Presidency a real thing, Signing an Executive Order, creating the Position of Co-President, so now, Nelson Mandela would go home with real Power, for the Change everyone knew must happen. Now, it was happening NOW.
While in Town, the Harry Cipriani Bar, in the Sherry Netherland, became our Hangout. The Circle Unders, even moved from the Oak Bar, in The Plaza, so we had great Tunes, setting the Vibe. Nelson Mandela was a Hero to every Black Person on Urantia, so Willie Dixon, Buddy Guy & B.B. King mobbed him, then me, as all knew I was responsible for Nelson being Set Free.

Jesus Christ Superstar, Day 1 of 6, RCMH, NYC, 8pm, Live @ Radio City, CBS-TV, 9-11pm.
All of us went to Radio City that night. I went to all Shows that week, as I’d always loved JC Superstar, ever since I had 1st heard it.
Everyone else though, was experiencing it for the 1st time, & was being blown away, as much as I had been, as Ralf.

I had introduced the URANTIA Book to my new friends the night before.
As Ralf, Joycee would be introduced to the U-Bk in 1973, by the same guy who showed it to me, the following year, in Dec, 1974.
Joycee would Marry my friend Steve, but alas, Joycee moved on, Divorcing Steve.
But now, as Pug, I was hoping Joycee would Marry John Moxon, having kids with him, staying together, for Eternity, not just this life, but all the rest of their Lives too.
As I hoped would happen, Joycee gobbled up the U-Bk, instantly catching on to the New Truth’s & Concept’s in the Book.
She really enjoyed JC Superstar too. It was about Jesus’ last Week here on Urantia. What we did to him still pisses me off.
How do you think our next Teacher will be treated?
The U-Book says we’ll have a series of Spiritual Teachers or Ambassadors here on our f/u Planet, over the next few Thousand’s of years. We’ve killed most Profits, that have tried to Teach us Higher Truths. Burned at the Stake, Ripped apart by Horses, Crucified, Thrown to the Beasts, f/u, so f/u.
It’s still happening, as anything that Challenges the Entrenched, usually has the Entrenched come out Swinging, calling any new ideas as being From the Devil.
That’s what the Sanhedrin said about Jesus, & his Miracles, they said he did them with the help of Demons. Me thinks their Noses kept growing, with each Bald-Faced Lie.
Politicians on both the Left & Right, are doing that every fukin day now.
So are CNN, MsNBC, Fox News, & all Local News. Here in America, we can’t just Report the News, it is always Presented with a Bias, or Commentary. At least the BBC tries to be Neutral.
In the past, a Reporter would be FIRED, if he put his Political Bias in a Story, w/o Stating ahead of the time, that it was an Editorial. Walter Cronkite would NEVER do that! “Uncle Walter” was Trusted 100%.
I had shared some Indica Doozies with everyone that Night, so they were relaxed, while I shared the Basic Principles of the U-Bk.
1. We have a Thought Adjuster within us, that is a Slice of God. We Partner with our Thought Adjusters to make our Soul. Our Soul is who we will BE, Lifetime after Lifetime.
2. The Universe is Organized & Run by Intelligent Beings, from the Father-Son-Spirit down, all the way to us, the Humans.
3. Eventually, there will be 7 Trillion Inhabited Planets in the Universe, with each Inhabited Planet, eventually Evolving into Humans, Intelligent Will Creatures. Did you really think we were the only ones? R U dat stupid?
4. Most Atheist’s have thrown the Baby out with the Bath Water. They just rejected the f/u Man-Made Bullshit that has been shoved down our throats. Mankind has put the Worst Qualities of Man onto God. Jealousy, Anger, Resentment, Retribution, Hate, etc. Nope, that’s naive, childish thinking. We were Created in God’s Image, not God in Man’s Image. Most have it back-assed.
5. The U-Bk has Paper after Paper Correcting that f/u thinking, always telling us the REAL Way things went, are & will, go down. Chapters are called “Papers” in the U-Bk.
6. The U-Bk was given to Urantia, as a new Manual For Living. It’s my new Bible. They tell us that the U-Bk was given to us, to impart new, higher Truths & Concepts. I know this may sound like Voodoo to some, but please at least Google it. You can now Read & Listen to it On-Line. It just makes Common Sense that we aren’t alone out there. Also, how could the Universe, all the way down to Humans, be so Complex, So Beautiful, & still be just an accident or haphazardly evolved? The U-Bk says that there is no Conflict between Science & Religion either, if we take the BS out of it. God uses Time & Space & Evolution as a Tool. It’s up to us to take advantage of our Life here on Urantia. Are you doing all in your Power to Grow, helping out your Brothers & Sisters here on Urantia? If not, what the fuk are you doing with your Life? Please don’t waste it.
7. We have a Pair of Guardian Angels helping us. We are not alone throughout our time here on Urantia, we have our Guardians, & Thought Adjusters. I like knowing that, as now, with my Free Will, I can ask for help from my helpers, so I’m not alone. Almost a real case of: “Me, Myself & I.”
8. The U-Bk is made up of 4 Parts.
9. Parts 1 & 2 tell us about the Universe, God, & our Place in the Universe. It is harder Reading, because it’s having to Bring us up to Speed, learning about all the Aspects of God, all the types of Angels & other Spiritual Beings they tell us are also involved with us.
10. Part 3, is about our Planet’s History, & the Universe calls our Planet, “Urantia.” It starts with the creation of our Solar System, Monmatia. Urantia is between 4 & 5 Billion Years old. Mankind is about 1 Million Years old. Mankind is rapidly getting new Technology, but w/o the Ethics to handle it well. The U-Bk was given to Urantia, just before we Split the Atom, giving us the ability to kill all Mankind, in just a few minutes. I don’t think it’s a coincidence, that the U-Book was shared with Urantia, just before we figured out how to Off Ourselves so easily. Urantia is desperately in need of new Ethical Leaders, those with the Cojona’s, to always do the Right Thing, never letting EGO creep its ugly head into the equation.
11. Part 4, is all about Jesus, & the Life He Lived. It’s a fukin Sin how Jesus’s Life has been reduced to being about his Death. NO! Part 4, tells us about EVERY Year Jesus Lived, from Bethlehem, to Egypt, to Nazareth, to Rome, & back. It ended in Jerusalem.
It’s that simple, but it takes 2,097 Pages to explain it in detail. I’ve found no contradictions in it, although some seems far fetched, but my Vision is small, as I’m just a babe in the Universe, so what the fuk do I know? None of us really know, but until I get Higher Truth, up on Mansonia #1, the next Planet we’ll Live on, the U-Bk is good enough for me.

Love Story’s Film Premiere, Radio City Music Hall, NYC, 6-8pm. It was 101 Minutes Long, so we had a few Minutes until JC Superstar, allowing us time to relish the Film.
We Hosted all the Cast, Writer & Producer. Barry Diller, the new CEO of Paramount Pictures Studios, was there too, as Paramount was the Film’s Distributer, as well as where the Film was Edited & Processed.
Ryan O’Neal, Ali MacGraw, Tommy Lee Jones, Arthur Hiller, Erich Segal & Howard G Minsky, were with us, along with their Spouses.
Most of us had spent the Day at the South Street Seaport, SSSP. Mayor Koch was our Host, begging us to help him Save the Historic Seaport, with its Fish Market too. There are Auctions of huge Tuna, some going for almost a Million Dollars each! The Japanese are mad for Tuna, cut Thin for Sushi.
Koch wanted U-Corp to treat the Seaport as another of our Parks Conservancy Funds. I told him I loved his idea.
Koch would encourage all the Building Owners within the Area that we were designating as Historic, to work with us. If not, Koch would threaten Eminent Domain, to Buy Out those jerks, as we were Offering 0% Interest Loans, to help the Building Owners Renovate. Any who refused, were the typical Slumlord, never Fixing things, letting their Building’s fall apart.
Koch was also encouraging U-Corp, to Buy & Renovate some old Boats & Ships, making them into Floating Museums.
In Ralf’s time, all that would eventually happen, but in an Underfunded & Haphazard way. They did have a few old Boats, but none famous or great.
These were the Boats I was hoping to have eventually at SSSP:
1. MV KalaKala, 276’ Long, Art-Deco Aluminum Ferry Boat, that took Passengers & Vehicles, from Seattle to Bremerton. (1935-1967). It’s Top Speed was an impressive 17.5 Kts.
2. RMS Queen Elizabeth, Cunard Line, 1,000’ Long Passenger Ship (1936-1967). The QE, was Cunard’s Flagship, along with the Queen Mary-1.
3. USS Essex Aircraft Carrier (CV-9), 820’ Long (1942-1969). It had helped Save America in WW2.
4. HMS Bounty, aka HM Armed Vessel Bounty, 180’ Long Replica from the Film, built in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, in 1960. Built for the 1962 MGM Film, Mutiny on the Bounty.
5. WW2 Landing Craft, 2 kinds were built, & we’d have 1 of each. LCVP (Landing Craft, Vehicle, Personnel) were 36’ Long, & could carry 36 Men. The LVT (Landing Vehicle, Tracked-Tank) was 26’ Long, & could carry a Tank, from a Troop Ship, to a Beach, during an Amphibious Assault or Landing. We would name our, LCVP, “Higgins.” That was for the Designer of the LC, but also for Jonathan Quayle Higgins, 3rd, the Majordomo for Robins Nest, the Estate that Thomas Lived on in the TV-Series, Magnum, P.I. Magnum called him Higgins all the time. The LVT, we named “Tank.”
6. DUKW aka D.U.C.K., was a WW2 Amphibious Troop Carrier. The advantage was, once ashore, the D.U.C.K. could also move Inland. The problem was, it wasn’t Stable in rough seas, & also sucked as a Truck on Land, as it was Top-Heavy, & easily Tipped-Over. But, it was ok if used sparingly. We named ours, “Rubber D.U.C.K.Y.”
7. assorted other Watercraft
The USS Essex & RMS Queen Elizabeth would be Permanently Docked, while most of the others would be used as our Tour Boats around NYC...
The RMS Queen Elizabeth, would be a Floating Hotel, plus an awesome Entertainment Venue.
Long Beach had Bought the RMS Queen Mary-1, eventually getting the Funds to turn it into a 400 Room Floating Hotel.
But we were in luck, as the group in charge of the RMS Queen Mary-1, had just gone Bankrupt.
We had Bought the RMS Queen Mary-1 from Long Beach. We’d renovate the Queen Mary-1 ourselves, along with the Queen Elizabeth, a Sister Ship to the QM-1.
The QE had been Retired by the Cunard Line in 1968, becoming the Home for Seawise University.
The RMS Queen Mary-1, was Retired the year before, 1967. We would keep it in Long Beach, Operating it ourselves.
We’d Run Seawise U ourselves too, having classes in NYC, aboard the RMS Queen Elizabeth; as well in Long Beach, aboard the RMS Queen Mary-1.
Tom Crowley & Mærsk Møller would Run Seawise U, using it to Train & have Refresher Courses, for the Maritime Industry. We’d use Flight Safety, to develop Simulators for all types of Ships, allowing Captains & Crews to Practice Emergency Procedures, but in a Safe Building, not in real Rough Seas, etc.
They could Practice a real Emergency, having to Call Mayday, use Hand-Held Tools, when the Electronics go out, etc.
We’d also have Fully Accredited Marine Engineering Degrees. We’d Train the next Generation of Boat Designers at Seawise U.
What better locations for a Sea School, than aboard an Historic Passenger Liner.
In NYC, at SSSP, we’d Dock the RMS Queen Elizabeth.
In Long Beach, would be the RMS Queen Mary-1.
Both would provide Classrooms for both Seawise-U, as well as our MGF-U.
Both would have 400 Staterooms & Suites. They also would have Restaurants, Ballrooms, Bars, Event Centers, etc.
We had recently Partnered with the guy who Founded Windjammer Barefoot Tall-Ship Cruises too.
Michael Burke, 46yo, had Founded Windjammer in 1947. It was Based in Miami, but we’d also have a Boat or 2 at SSSP too. He wasn’t a Full U-Corp Partner, we just Bought 50% of Windjammer.
Windjammer had 8 Clipper Ships, that Sailed the Caribbean, the Old-Fashioned Way, w/o Auto-Furling Sails. No, they had Men & Women Climb to the Tops of the Masts, when necessary, to fix a Sail or Line. Most of the Crew were in School, & were Young & Strong & Fearless. Up to a 100 Passengers could be aboard, some even given the chance to help out. That was after a quick Safety Course, of course.
With U-Corp’s support, Windjammer could grow & keep its Fleet, in Tip-Top-Shape, Ship-Shape.
As Ralf, I knew Michael Burke’s Kids had wrestled Windjammer away from Michael. They then ran it into Bankruptcy, dismantling the Classic Fleet.
Now, with U-Corp as his Partner, that won’t happen this time. Michael was the only one with such a Fleet, & it deserved to be kept alive & vibrant. Trust me, it would be fully used, between all U-Corp’s Partners, but also for Make-a-Wish, etc.
