The Address for my Campground is 3719 Suydam Rd, Earlville, IL 60518

I had just received the phone call I had been waiting for my 14 RVs that I had brought were almost here

“Hello?” you said, trying to sound calm and composed despite the excitement building inside of you.

“Hey,” the voice on the other end of the line exclaimed. “I’ve got some amazing news! The first 4 of your 14 RVs are almost there!” They have been professionally sanitized & disinfected.

I couldn’t believe my ears. I had been waiting for this moment for what felt like an eternity, and it was finally here. I had been dreaming of this day for so long, and now it was finally within reach.

“Are you serious?” you asked, trying to keep your voice steady.

“Yeah, I’m totally serious!” the voice on the other end of the line replied. “They’re just a few minutes away.

I drove down to the main gate and opened it manually waiting for the first truck to arrive carrying 4 of my used but in good condition RVs that I had purchased a few weeks ago

I couldn’t be happier than I was finally my business was going to begin. II had spent a lot of money to get here and now finally. I thanked the person on the other end of the line and hung up the phone, my heart racing with excitement. I couldn’t wait to see my 14 RVs for the first time. I had been waiting for this moment for so long, and it was finally here.

The first Flat Deck truck pulled in and I spoke to the driver and told him to follow me to where I wanted the first 4 Rvs dropped off at then I would use my Truck to move them into position since none of them were 5th wheeler RVs.

I moved the first Rv Trailer into position 50 feet from the lake then got out to unhook it from my truck the I drove back to get the second one and moved that one into position between the red oak trees the 3rd was moved into position then I went and moved the 4th one into Position.

I was happy where they were, so I drove back to the office to wait for the next delivery.

The next 3 deliveries were the same and the last one had the final 2 Rv trailers once all were delivered, I moved them all into position.

I wasn’t ready to open yet, I still had a few more things to do to be ready.

I would eventually buy more land that connects to mine with a huge lake for boating and other water sports and build more Rv Bays for 5th wheelers walking trails buy bikes/ 4-wheel motorbikes and I would eventually build cabins on both of my land.

I had also repaired and cleaned up around the biggest building on the property and made it into a tornado proof building by:

Installing plywood storm shutters on all the windows.

Installing sturdy exterior doors.

I would buy beds and bedding for up to 250 people. I also had signage made up of Where to go for shelter.

I also had signs that would point to the left or right to show people which way to go.

What to do before a tornado hits.

Tie down or put away things like chairs, grills and other small objects that can become projectiles in high winds. Make sure your outside storage doors are closed and locked. Retract your awning and ensure it is securely fastened. Close and latch your windows.
