As I waited for the RV trailers to arrive, I decided to pass the time by browsing online marketplaces. I had been eyeing a used ride-on lawn mower for a while, and with the extra space in the garage, I thought it would be the perfect addition to our little homestead.

After scrolling through a few listings, I found a great deal on a Husqvarna ride on lawn mower that looked to be in excellent condition. The seller had provided plenty of photos and detailed descriptions, and I could tell that the mower had been well-maintained.

I quickly made the purchase and arranged for the seller to deliver the mower to my camp. I was excited to put it to the test and see how it would handle our expansive lawn.

As I waited for the mower to arrive, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. I had always wanted a ride-on lawn mower, and now that I finally had one, I knew it would make my grass care tasks so much easier and more efficient.

When the delivery truck pulled up, I eagerly opened the back of the truck and the driver lower and took the mower for a spin. The engine roared to life, and I felt a rush of power as I putted around the yard, cutting the grass with ease. The mower handled it like a dream, and I was thrilled with my purchase.

As I finished up the last of the lawn, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for the extra space in our garage. It had allowed me to finally fulfill my dream of owning a ride-on lawn mower, and I knew it would make our homesteading life even more enjoyable and efficient.

As I sat in my Pickup, staring at the computer screen, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement wash over me. I had just purchased a boom gate for the entrance to my campground online, and the seller had promised to install it later that day. I had been searching for the perfect gate for weeks, and I finally found one that fit my needs and budget.

As I drove down to the entrance of my campground, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement wash over me. I removed the chain that had been covering the driveway and I could see the wooden stumps that had been placed there to mark the entrance. I removed them as well but leaving the hole for the new boom gate.

I had always dreamed of owning a campground, and now that dream was finally becoming a reality. The gate would not only add an extra layer of security to my property, but it would also make it easier for me to keep track of who was coming and going.

I glanced at the clock on my wall, eagerly waiting for the seller to arrive. I had arranged for him to come at 2 PM, and it was already 1:45 PM. I couldn’t wait to see the gate in person and start using it right away.

Just as I was about to get up and prepare for the workman’s arrival, my phone rang. It was the installer calling to confirm the installation time. I quickly answered and told him that I was ready and eagerly waiting for him to arrive.

“Great,” he said. “I’ll be there in about 20 minutes. Can you meet me at the entrance to the campground?”

“Absolutely,” I replied, hanging up the phone and quickly making my way to the entrance.

As I waited for the workman to arrive, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. This was the start of a new chapter in my life, and I was ready to take on whatever challenges came my way.

Finally, I saw the workman’s truck pull into the parking lot. I quickly made my way over to him, a big smile on my face.

“Hi there!” I said, extending my hand for a handshake. “I’m so glad you made it.”

“Hi,” the man replied, shaking my hand. “I’m here to install your new boom gate. Let me get my tools and we’ll get started.”

I watched as the man quickly unloaded his tools and began setting up the gate. It was a long process he had to install the boom gate post first and set it in concrete before he could install the actual boom of the gate,

He told me it would take 48 hours (about 2 days) for the concrete to set then he would be back to finish installing my boom gate. So, I used my truck to pull some heavy logs to cover the entrance until he came back to finish the job.
